Its true that its mic is not available coz it is made by a new technology and has 4 pins where ordinary mic has 2 pins. I also changed its mic frm basundhara,dhaka, bd. They told me the same and they took 20 days to repair. And now 1.5 years passed and faced no other problems. I think u should give it to change the mic in samsung service centre. Coz u wont find the same mic outside.

Q: From where do u get worse customer care?
Ans: Samsung.
Why? My phone's mic got damaged without any cause 3 months back. I took it to samsung customer care-bosundhora,Dhaka,Bangladesh then. They told me to come 1month after as they do not have the mic. After 1month they took the phone for 15 days and assure me that it will be ok. But when i went to receive my phone yesterday after 15 days they told me that they do not have the mic and it will come after 1month. WTF? So i took my phone and came back home without repairing. I will never buy a samsung product ever again and hope you will do the same.

This mic can serve low gain bt best quality sound. So coller listen a very low sound. I have also changed my phones mic to. Its not this phones problem. Its a fault of the new technology. Just change the mic frm service centre in free.
