I bought it, because my old one died, and I needed a replacement fast. Only one thought - I want my E330 back. Not that it sucks, just needed to get used to it, but one thing still is annoying - it does not support .mmf ringtones, and I had one on my old one, that had vibration all the time. I simply need that it rings and vibrates at the same time, but that is a problem with most Samsung phones, but the old ones could be fixed with custom ringtones. Damn.
To be honest, it is not bad - e.g. you can read e-mail and use non-wap pages using opera mini (But the version 3, Basic only - it has limited RAM for using the advanced opera browser - it will run it, but far too slow for it to be useful).
The GPRS connection is much faster than E330, camera is fine, too.
Although the processor is slow, it crawls like a turtle - just be patient! ;D
Ringtones - midi or very small sized mp3 only.
Customization options - terrible. No choice of colour , font size or whatever to suit your habits.
For me, the only thing is the lack of simultaneous vibration. I guess, not so bad at all, but far from perfect. It probably will not last longer than 4 months, because of the serious abuse my phones have to take :D, and I know, that I will not buy the same model again.

can iprove its software,,,,having gprs option n with out usb is rediculous ,,,not at at all satisfied with m600 mobile

ell the people who complained are right the phome is useless it should cost the same as a nokia 3310 or sumthing,no infrared port,usb etc geez wat were they thinking

How the heck do u download the MP3 ringtones I even phoned Samsung and they told me it does not support MP3 but it shows on the box and internet that the Mp3's is one of the features stop misleading people, or assist me to download the MP3's

The phone is ok for communication and simple messaging.You can listen to your radio,capture pictures,just simple cute little phone.Stop complaining about bluetooth,infrared,usb,video or whatever because to get all those you will have to pay more and guess what,you love cheap things and that's what cheap offers.Why buy something before looking at the features it offers first?......Not focused or what.

It does not have bluetooth, infrared, video capture, video player nor audio player, no even simple e-mail facility. It has poor memory. Cost vs features would not have opted for this phone. i think it should be returned to the manufacturer for redesign. Am dissappointed.

hate thisphone, no bluetooth, no infrared, it freezes for no reason...txtn is way too complicated..and how do u put it on silent..theres no profiles menu

i bought this phone because it loohks stylish, gbut after that i discovered that it is not good enough: no enoygh memory, no blutooth, no infra, no cable, no memory card, bad camera resolution.So my advice 2 all who wannna buy this phone, THINK MORE THAN ONCE...

the phone is nice, stylish, small n light. its a good utility phone for people looking for an efficient communication device. it has sufficient features to fulfill a proffesional's needs at a rather cheap price. and those complaining of lack of features, i'd suggest them to spend a bit more and get a 3G phone if they so desire.

This phone is rubbish, i've only had it for a couple of months and im getting rid of it fast. The cheap price is indicative of the quality. The reception is bad, the volume quality for people who ring you is awful, it doesn't remember what words you type into the dictionary for predictive text adn when you set the alarm clock you have to do it twice because if you only set it once it won't go off, also there is no snooze button on the alarm. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

The phone is small,light,stylish. and best of all supports mxit. i love this phone. Why complain about mp3,and music if u hav a dvd or sound system at home....... well done samsung!!!!!!!!!!!
