i've been using this phone for 6 months. 2 nights ago after sending a msg, my phone hanged. i can't open the phone until now.

my samm620 is just 2 weeks old. i noticed that it freezes everytime i play music. i just need to slide down the main screen & try again. it works.

Just want to know if the phoe m620 has a capability to connect to GPRS.? because I cant download UZZAP which is for smart buddy users only.Although I already activate GPRS connection as well as MMS.? Please somebody can help me?
