> In reply to fu_k_kitty @ 2008-08-12 11:23 from 2An5It's what you call marketing buddy. The phone is free in exchange of signing up to sun 350 plan (2yrs conformity). Technically, the phone is still FREE (under certain condition--350 plan). You are paying for the 350 amount of unlimited load (sun-to-sun). Whether you consumed it or not you'll still paying for it...so you might as well use it.

opppssss.. enough for that guys... you dont have to argue... LOL well based on what i understand.. the phone is really free and the 350plan your paying for the whole month is consumable if you are a text addict or call addict because its unlimited call and text to sun-sun.. 350plan X 24 months = 8400 the amount that you payed for zero interest using your credit card and if you can see there was no charged for the phone...the 8400 that you payed for is your usage.. at least there was this unlimited promo to sun.. bad if your a globe or smart plan user coz you cant get this promos.. anyway aside 350 you'll also get free 200 text to other network monthly and the moment you used your plan calling or texting to other network like smart and globe thats the time that you will pay additional charged.. see... and when you visit SUN cellular or other network Plans are depends on the mobile you want to have..so i guess you guys have to stop arguing.. besides your old enough to decide whether you want it or not..

the 350 you're paying monthly is for the plan associated with the phone.. you use up that 350 for texts and calls... generally, you can avail a plan and get a phone with it.. Depending on the type of plan, you can get the phone FREE or you pay for it at a discounted rate, since again, your getting a plan..
think before act! do yourself a favor don't embarrass yourself!!

> In reply to kittykate @ 2008-08-07 09:57 from PExEthe phone is not free because ur paying for it through a post paid plan... period. When u avail any kind of post paid plan, u pay a certain amount, that amount entails the cost of the phone + the messages and other benefits included. That is why paying for a post plan is much expensive however, u'll get to enjoy the free text inclusive on its so its like a break-even thing... but i'm sure that they still have a mark-up for the monthly payment they give..

> In reply to [deleted post]i mean that if you can't conform with the 24-months 350 payment... u can cut the plan with sun. But you'll have to pay 10,000 since u didn't finished the 24-month contract that was agreed on beforehand.

this phone is given together with the credit card given by HSBC if you'll apply. Meaning, they are doing dis to get more cardholders. A way of promotion of HSBC in the Philippines. If you'll apply and you'll be accepted. You have to pay for the monthly charges of the phone to SUN cellular shop which is 24-months conformity. HSBC would credit the payment on the HSBC card monthly. In short, you'll pay for the phone plus for the texts and calls that is given for that P350 post paid plan. If you don't want a credit card and if ur willing to pay 350 a month for a phone then go directly to SUN shop and they'll provide u a list of phone u can avail together with the plan you'll be choosing. If in turn, u want to have a credit card only. Then apply to other credit card banks like Citibank, Banco de Oro etc..
