how much actually do u charge for repair of this model? i went to a mall very recently and had gone through four shops. iv had this phone brand new and will turn two years by october. they all said it was a 'FLEX' problem. can i have ur opinion so i can hav this fixed ASAP. thank you very much and more power.

sound is slightly poor at mp3 but in head phone its very good...

This phone a mess, the FLEX wire is always broken, and the camera is very weird sometime its always green but sometime its just fine, the max video is just 10 minutes.

this phone is a total mistake to buy, ve repaired mine to the cost of buying a new phone a feel cheated. SUMSUNG GET IT OUT OF THE MARKET ITS A RIP OFF

I got this phone and it didn't last for 1 year. I had it fixed for like 3 times and the same problem just occur again. FLEX wire. This phone really sucks. NOKIA slide-up phones is the sturdiest and has durable FLEX wire.

samsung is very very not good. very easy broken. i hope if wan buy phone dont buy this type of phone.

why samsung m620 model cant use at longtime my m620 have aproblem iask the technician to fix it at a time goes by after 3days the flexcord have aproblem again i change it 3tymes nw it has a flexcord touble again...

Anonymous I agree with you. I have the phone for 4 days now, the screen tends to freeze etc. The phone does not have a timer! With my previous 2 phones a Samsung & Sony Ericsoon, when I transferred contacts via Bluetooth they went directly to contacts on my phone. With this NOKIA model they come through as messages and i must open each message & save each of the 700 contacts that I have individually! Someone please tell me that there is an easier way of doing this. Will be much appreciated! My previous Samsung & Sony Ericsson models were way better. I am however enjoying facebook & email on this new phone :))

the phone is not good, apart fom its features. camera is another thing, it doesnt produce clear pictures. mine is barely one week old, but i can tell u i have taken it back for about twice for repair. the screen freezes and the phone just hangs frequently, when u texting or even making a call. i would not reccomend somebody to go fro that PHONE. M620 KEEP AWAY.
