samsung please release this monster. Im sure that this will reign over the mobile world(of course with a good OS and processor and a larger SAMOLED on it.)

I'm constantly getting irate at the fact that these phones(rumoured as well) are not having Wireless N specs. Come on this is 2010. Is it so hard to stay consistent with top of the line specs? Wireless N... Bluetooth 2.1+(3.0 would be nice)..5mp+..720p(hdmi would also be nice)..and Androiod 2.1+. Make me a phone like that with steel brushed backing and im sold.

I think Samsung is making a huge mistake not providing more info and (at least approximate) release date. This phone/camera seems so great we all want it. But is it even real? Feels like we are all waiting for something that may never come. I think many of us are now at the point where we are loosing our believe and are ready to simply go for a phone that does exist for sure and is available.
I'll give it couple more months, after that I'll simply go for Nokia or Sony and will not look back.
So tired of the long wait... :-(

I´ve been waiting for this cameraphone but i think i will buy the Nokia N8 instead because of Samsungs bad release-information and Nokia N8 is a beauty!

This thing would be absoultely amazing if they install an Android OS on it. This is pretty much a camera that's a phone. I've got the Samsung Camera this thing was based off of. Give it one of those lovely Snapdragon processors, and some HD recording capabilities and you've got what could turn out to be something really amazing.

Want it. Absolutely. Different from other Mobile (Phone+REALLY TRUE APN). Not fit, but not the essential. According other comments, I think it will be release this year in Europe or never ....

samsung we keep waiting on new information regarding this phone..are you going to produce this phone for the usa customer or what? the htc hd2 is not bad, but iam into camera phones, and this waiting is killing me, and im sure alot of other people as well!!! waiting s...... u.......... x..... by the way gsmarena.com rules .. jeje

So I guess it is out, that is in Korea, altough GSMArena states it's status as not yet released. I wonder what's going on with this phone - the "rest-of-the-world version". They shouldn't dealy it too long, becouse this would be really neat nice specced package still, but not forever. Other manufacturers will eventually come up with similar kinda devices and specs and sooner later even better. This should've been launched late last year as rumored. Then it would've been undoubtedly huge hit and innovation.

im ready to buy as soon as this phone comes out.its too good to be true, perhaps is going to take samsung additional time to released... by the way ""smith"" where did you buy that phone?? it has not been released yet/?

It's almost starting to worry a bit. No word at all regarding these from Samsung on MWC2010. The W880 AMOLED 12M hasn't apparently even been released yet in Korea, altough it was due last october. What's the word on these phones? I hope it won't turn into a another MPx300.

I bought this phone! It is amazing but the camera is a little blurry! Doesn't play mp3 files though! :(
