Hy...
it's my uncle's phone.he has it about 8 year and don't change it because he does not change her owns very much and he happy of his little owns.but i can say it's(this phone) is very simple-hard worker phone.

I've been using N400 for about 6 years; i've never had any problem and it still looks nice and fashionable to me... A great design; solid phone; incredible features (for its era of course)... Even some parts of the case began to fall (i usually keep it in my bag next to the keys etc) but the phone still functioning perfect... The battery lasts about %80-90 of its first times...
10/10 indeed...

I had N400 for almost 3 years, from 2001 till 2004. It was a great phone, never frozen, fallen couple of times and it still worked. It was cleaned with alchohol and gasoline (don't ask) and it still worked, even when some parts started to fall down because of gasoline.

Hands down this is the absolute worst phone I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Within 10 mos I've had it replaced twice. It constantly freezes up whenever its not hanging up on conversations. The first couple of times I need a software upgrade in which I was told to keep taking the battery out when it freezes up in which I replied that I didn't pay for a phone that I had to do maintenance. I wnnt ask you for a free phone so why should you ask me for free maintenance. The second time it started to ring , but wouldn't let me answer any calls. I was awarded another model. Take it from me I've seen other posts and saw that not only I had the same problem. Best advice get another phone unless you like doing maintenance work.

I use this cool hone for 2 years and although i have a chance to change it with a new model i don2t because it's the coolest phone ever produced.Comparing with nokia 3310? You must be fool!!!No problems, no bugs, quality body, superb mono display, loud ringtones, auto antenna, superb signal quality (i can use it even in the cellar where the others all sucks!),Pininfarina design... What else? (alarm sucks and the battery life is not very long...i have to say.)

This is a very rugged phone. I don't usually use a phone for more than six months, but this phone just sticks, it's been with me for 20 months now: fallen several times and the battery saparated from the phone, once in a bucket of water, yet it's still going. The battery is still performing as when new. It's good.

this phone totally sucks....I am on my 5th one of these phones...and sprint won't give me a new one....I am totally upset with the sprint phones..I like the sprint service but their phones are crappy

As far as I am concerned this phone is garbage! We purchsed 2 new ones less than 16 mos. ago. The first froze up after 6 mos. and could not be repaired. Waited 2 weeks for replacement! The second has been sporadically freezing for several months. The store says to remove the battery repeatedly to fix it. Now it is inoperable and the model has been discontinued. Don't waste your money, buy another brand if you know what's good for you.

N 400 is a special phone, eventhough it is a bit old now, but i still like it, especially the antena. I had it once, but i sold it because i need money. Now, if there is still chance for me to have one, iŽll take that chance.

I've had the phone since 2002 and no complaints at all, but today i tried to upload a picture and i deleted something and now it don't want to start. can someone tell me where i can find a new software for it

I've had nothing but trouble with my N400. It freezes up almost everyday and I have to remove the battery to fix it. I don't get a signal in places where other Sprint customers do. Am I the only one who has had these problems?
