I am using my Samsung N500 for 18 months now and havent faced any problems as such until now. However, i think the phone should have the following facilities:
i) Louder sound (cant hear it if its in my pocket)
ii) SMS alert by vibration
iii) Ringtone forwarding
iv) More space for ringtones (3 is not sufficient)

i like samsung n500 because it has the three main features i like on any phone. those features include:downloadable ringtones,downloadable pictures or picture massaging,and lastly the predictive text input(T9).In fact the phone is portable..I like it.

I'm sorry I bought this phone.... So far I had nothing but trouble with this phone. It spent all together about 60 days at service, and it still doesn't work as it should. I lost faith in Samsung phones because of this, and that is sad because they are very nice.
