Can someone tell me how to increase its ringtone volume. The volume is too low when compared to Nokia. Also, how to send ringtones?

I'm sorry I bought this phone.... So far I had nothing but trouble with this phone. It spent all together about 60 days at service, and it still doesn't work as it should. I lost faith in Samsung phones because of this, and that is sad because they are very nice.

I own a Samsung N500. think its a great phone with unique features. I want to know how best to care for its battery. I live in Harare (Zimbabwe) and do not know of any authorised Samsung accessories dealers.
