at last someone who is aware of my problem (4k picutre size)- but how can i solve it?? - i tryed phoning O2 but they said they couldnt help and tryed to blame the phone its self - picking on my poor likkle phone coz it int a UK hand set yet!
any help will be greatfully recieved.

I think this piece of hardware is simply an artwork. This is the best samsung phone I ever had. It has got all the specifications, yet its so small that u can even fit it in ur wallet just like a business card.
As a matter of fact this is one of the best phones I ever had.

Yes I know what the problem is. Its ur network service provider (O2), they reduce the image resolution inorder to decrease pressure on their network. This only happens when an image is being sent or received, but it wont happen when u are sending video clips or sounds. I had the same problem then I called them up in their helpline, and came to know abt it.

Anyone know why when i receive a mms picture message the picture is only 4 or 5k in size. this happens what ever network the message is sent from. i am on O2 uk contract and all my setting look fine - ive check em enough.

I just bought this for a friend; excellent size and the battery life is good with moderate use; we charge it every day. Nobody will recognize that you are carrying this phone

i would like to ask something.
since i'd probably want to avoid using
soft keys as much as possible, does the "C"
key on P310 act as a back button also?
from a video i know "OK" button also act as
an ok button besides from the soft key.

Just bought mine a week ago. I have only one problem: the backlight is on all the time when charging, is this normal? However, it is off when charging with the leather case (charging both battery at the same time).
Anyone having the same problem?

I got this phone a week ago and im shocked about those who complain!! The build quality is AMAZING-it is beautifully crafted and has all the useful feautures one needs-the battery life whilst in case is incredible-up to 4 days with heavy usage. Camera has good pics like D600-video in CIF-i mean all this in a small compact phone-are u guys 4 real? what more could u want or need? if you want more, then go for Nokia N series (very slow, i had N73...)

If u can't turn off ur keypad tone is just bcz ur dialing display/mode is set,either STICKEY NOTE or QUILL PEN.If that is case,u have to select the NORMAL dialing for u to off ur keypad tone.Just go to Setting/display settings/dialling display/font type/normal,then save.Thats all..

(pls. read what I've said!!!)
As I've said, I brought it because of the look!!! I do not spend an hour or more in a phone store! When I see the phone, I like it & tell the sales girl to let me see hold it & see it & then try to press the keys & make a phone call & also try the camera to see if it work, THAT'S ALL!!!
I'll never spend the time to try the other functions at the store.....never!!!
Actually, I brought a total of 9 Samsung phones at the store that day! 2 E-898 & 7 P310. I kept 1 each for myself. The rest are as present for the mainland Chinese business associates!!!
Everytime that I brought Samsung mobile phone, I regret afterwards. After the P300, I swear that I'll never buy another Samsung phone for MY own use(other than present for other people). Well, since I have to buy present for the business associates, I might as well give Samsung another chance & got a couple(1 p310 & 1 E-898) more new toys for myself to play with.....but the outcome is another disappointment for me!!!
