I bought a new samsung but I can't get the back off to put the battery in. Any ideas.

actually as i've research this phone can store up to 500 images,very good.but the problem are the video has no sound or audio;the infrared cannot function to other celfone or even transfer data/pics to pc...but i was so amazed when i can take my pic ...
