This phone is actually the best phone i have ever bought, i definately reccommend it to anyone who is planning on buying a phone, the automatic flip is amazing and very handy, i am really pleased with it !

This is really a terrible model, in fact may be this is the worst phone Samsung has produced in quite some time. I expected it to be something close to E700/710 but in fact it is much worse. There are some serious faults and misses in the firmware: NO "insert sound" in mms option (yes you heard right - you cannot send sound via mms in this 2004 model), NO real silent mode (the "silent" mode always includes vibra), NO indication whatsoever of a missed call on the front LCD display (you will have to open the phone to see if you have missed calls), no LCD brightness adjustment, poor text input system,ugly text font (very minuscule in sms text, patheticly large in number input), Java games are available only via WAP (no cable or IR support for them). In addition it seems like the hardware part of the phone is very weak - everything is sooo slow in the menu and the animations are like slideshows :((( My previous Samsung S500 was far more quicker.
Take my advice - save your money and don't waste them on this crap phone!

Hi to everybody!
well,i was looking and thinking about this phone long period of time!i didn`t stop comparing it with other samsung models like E715 E600 and others......but still my personal preference belongs to P510! only the one can know ,who has at least held this phone in his/her hands, which inspiration gives this automatic flip!it`s just amazing!and also it has such conviniet divices as voice record and other.
tomorrow i`m buying it!good luck to everybody who is not indifferent towards this model

when you turn the phone off the silence is active but only whe you turn it back on its deactivated. to change a photo to a wallpaper go to: camera, my photos, set as then wallpaper. any more questions

It is awful that it doesn't have video sound,considering that is brand new!T9 is not always activated and i hate it!Not good ringtones.I'd like to use the photos after i have taken them,but not possible.Alarm has no snz.Anyway nice phone,but not if u ask too much.
