> In reply to KevMack101 @ 2012-01-30 05:46 from k9uq - click to readhey... lucky you :) I want one of these so badly. I live in Canada and I'm not sure when it comes here, if it will still have the phone feature.
Can you tell me where you bought it and how much it was? I may have to buy one from another country in order to have the phone feature.
cheers...

I have the p6800 16gb #g version. All I can say is it is fantastic. Perfect size, amazing visuals, great feel quality the list goes on. And Ithink with ICS this thing will only get better and better. Well Done Samsung.

Hi, I have come across different serial numbers for 7.7(e.g. GT-P6800LSALUX, GT-P6800LSANEE, GT-P6800LSAAU)and wonder what specifications/ differences/ regional adjustments these could include? I wonder if they sell for Eastern Europe again something less valuable than for the rest of the world... Is there anywhere a list available on these numbers?

hey i bought one of these and i must say i love it. the best part it has a built in phone and texting running honey C. Never say that on a honey C device. Works amazing but the best part about this device is the screen. Oh WOW is all i can say paid 660$ USD and it was worth every penny.

Well I live in Singapore and I shipped mine from the UK at about 779SGD (incl shipping). So it definitely beats buying locally.

> In reply to [deleted post]You're comparing a tablet with a phone. The galaxy tab has a better and much larger screen, a bigger battery and its thinner.

Just got my Galaxy Tab 7.7 and this thing is amazing. First thing i noticed is how crazy thin it is, almost unbelieveable. The SAMOLED Plus screen is simply beautiful and just blew me away when i first laid eyes on it. Performance is a bit of a mixed bag, it does seem a little laggy in certain areas but that maybe due to the touchwiz overlay which i'm not too fond off. I much prefer stock gingerbread. The cameras are decent enough, they dont do too well in low light but with normal conditions they take ok pictures. Sound is quite good, the speakers are a little tinny but thats to be expected with such a thin device and volume levels are pretty good too. Battery life seems pretty good too, i was playing with it all afternoon, watching videos, downloading apps, playing games, web browsing, playing music etc.. and still had 40% left at the end of the day.
Overall its a great tablet, thin, light, fast and fairly cheap here in australia.

Why price is 420EUR? If its true price is 600+USD? Please fix this so that i don't assume. T_T

Hi,

I am a fortunate user of both the Samsung Tab 7.0 plus and the 7.7

Well the 0.2hz make hell lots of difference, to me the 7.7 is so much faster then the 7.0 plus.

Huge difference, the screen for 7.7 is so much clearer and sharper and brighter.

I glad I trade in the 7.0 plus for the 7.7 (best decision I ever make)

Cheers
Teddy

> In reply to Styxgeist @ 2012-01-19 00:43 from uFjb - click to readthe Huawei media pad is only a IPS screen, unlike the Galaxy Tab 7.7 which is the first tablet with a AMOLED screen, the AMOLED screen is much brighter and clearer than the IPS display. I think thats the main selling point of the Galaxy tab 7.7
