Hi,i wish to buy this phone but before i do can somebody tell that can i put any mpeg4 videos from my pc to this phone and it and how is its sound quality.Can it theme is changable/downloadable and finally does it supports j2me 3d games.Thank You-email me.

i just got the P850,so far so good,the only problem i have is the video.My older Samsung E720(1.3Mpx.)has better quality video than the new one??????.P850's video is verry chopy,if anyone can help me with this please do.

can you please tell me any tips on getting some nice pics at night?as far as i know this phone is worthless at taking snapshots at night.they come out tottaly blury.and imagine that i have a very steady hand.any settings that could help at night?at daylight its amazing but at night is so crappy

I will be receiving my new Samsung P850 Cell phone on Tuesday and would like to know besides the cell/sim/charger what else is included in the package. The contract was taken by my company (A.I.M.S.)at Altech Autopage/Johannesburg

I was wondering with the Samsung P850, Does it have the fading in ringtones? It starts off real low and then goes to full volume. And I was also wondering if you can assign mp3's for your txt ringtone. Thanks!!!!

hi guys, really amazing phone with 3.15megapixel camera. photos & videos are really xtra. also my phone has fallen down in water but thanks god it's still good. this is the solidity of samsung. pls try one, you will be the winner

Hi all

SGH-P850 is my first samsung phone and I am into flip phone. I have been using it for more than 2 months now and below is my comment and opinion of this phone.

1. the camera
3.15 mp - clear pic, many function to setup for different mode ... just like a digital camera ... but must learn the skill of taking a photo with it, due to shuttle speed not like the digital phone.

If you wish to take photo of the moving object, you can try using multi shoot mode ... it good and fun, try it your self and you will know.

2. Video
Very nice video recording, for such a phone it consider super good. What can you ask for quality of video taken via a phone.

3. MP3
Sound is ok and but the player are not too good. The MP3 player cannot support long song name and it cannot play if your extension is wrong, for example come.MP3 are not supported but come.mp3 is ... funny??

4. Others phone function
Pretty simple to use and standard of a sumsung phone, at least it can add video mp4 as your contact pic ... pretty cool.

5. File manager
You cannot view photo with full screen if the photo is not taken from your phone's camera and sve under the default photo, if you moved the pic from the dafult photo to other place, you cannot save it back then. You can only play slide from photo save in memory card.

quite a good phone for it price...

I will give 7/10 for it function and specification but 9/10 for it design ... pretty professional look.

I havent found a good one, I keep mine in my pocket. I bought some screen protectors and they work great!

The best setting for the cammera is to set it to matrix, 100 iso, and super fine. The phone will not work that great at night but will blow you away in day light! Dont forget to hold down the capture button for 1.5 secounds (until beeps) for auto focus then press again to capture.
Press and hold the # key for 2 sec for silent, press and hold again to return.

What are the setting to take the best pics on the phone. My friend has a 2 mp SE phone and sometimes i feel her pics are much clearer than mine though p850 has a 3.2 mp

I use mine on tmobile. Its great! Super camera,Mp3 dosnt sound as good as my e730 but close. I am useing the 1 gig memory card for exxx space. The display is super crisp also. Same basic software as D600 but D900 functions. Supports wide screen mp4!

jackknife: You can set the volume button to rejec incoming calls or mute ringtones during incoming calls if the face is closed. See menu: 9>2>4. You just hold the button for a few seconds when you have an incoming call to reject etc.

yes it works for tmobile, and you can get t-zones to work as well with the right settings.
