The phone is very good. I bought it about two weeks ago. The battery lasts three days with maximum usage(i was composing ringtones and playing games that three days), so when you use it normally it is about 4, 5 days. And also turn off the servuice light, because it cuts the battery life very much.
For ringtones, just download "Ringtone converter" and you can compose any ringtone you find on the net.

Very good phone I have been using this for one and half years without problems, although battery performance has diminished. Good phone to have.

Hi : I have been using Samsung R210 for about 8 months...suddenly one day, I started having trouble while making outgoing calls...The outgoing call goes through but within 5 secondes it is getting disconnected....Also, when I want to read any message, I see "Please wait" on my screen and the phone just freezes....Then, I took my SIM card and inserted it into another (my brother's instrument) SamsungR210 and after about 2 days, my brother's instrument also started showing the same problems...
My questions : 1. Is it possible that my SIM card is spreading a virus and affects any phone in which it is inserted ?
2.Is it possible that the Samsung R210
were damaged due to lightnening and thunder ??
I would appreciate a speedy response. Also, please let me know where do I get my Samsung R210 serviced in coimbatore, India.
