Hi : I have been using Samsung R210 for about 8 months...suddenly one day, I started having trouble while making outgoing calls...The outgoing call goes through but within 5 secondes it is getting disconnected....Also, when I want to read any message, I see "Please wait" on my screen and the phone just freezes....Then, I took my SIM card and inserted it into another (my brother's instrument) SamsungR210 and after about 2 days, my brother's instrument also started showing the same problems...
My questions : 1. Is it possible that my SIM card is spreading a virus and affects any phone in which it is inserted ?
2.Is it possible that the Samsung R210
were damaged due to lightnening and thunder ??
I would appreciate a speedy response. Also, please let me know where do I get my Samsung R210 serviced in coimbatore, India.

When selected "vibra+melody" the phone vibrates only. Cannot switch on weekly alarm. Reading messages isn't confortable. Everything else is gooood.

I've had this phone for about a month now and I'm not to happy with it. Vibra is funktioning on it's own way, sms are complicated to write ( but the keys are good for typing), battery is not too good ( 48 hrs with my usage) and the LCD light is too bright but not ajustable.
It is a cool looking phone and you will be sen with it and it handles network really good. All in all if u r not big sms fan and can deal with bright light and recharging batt this is not a bad phone for u.

I LOVE this phone!!! i have in in dark silver with a grey aerial, i havent seen the green one, has anyone got it? I really need to know what website to go to to get the information for making your own ringtones, ive searched loads of websites but i cant find anything! I love the blue screen, all of my mates have crappy nokias and mine really stands out at night! oh by the way Nokias are a load of shit, gimmicky crap they are! i love the Samsung T100 too, wicked fone. i want that next. Hee hee

I have no bad comments to make about samsung phones.They are very nice and powerful especially the R220 and the R210.
But my only problemis that they are too expensive to afford in ghana because of the high exchange rate. So if you can send me one at a reduced price, i will appreciate it very well.

Dear sir, i want to collecet information about composing ringing tones in samsung R210. please kindly tell me the sites from where i can send ringing tones to my set or i can compose ringing tones in my samsung R210. and from where i could get the complete procedure of composing tones. i'll ne thankful to u for this act of kindness.
