May I know how long did you/anyone here initially charge the battery???

Hey! I think the touch screen uses resistive type of touchscreen beacause it does need to be pushed in order to be registered the touch and it works with the stylus I have in my nokia 5230 and btw why is the accelerometer is not working on the gallery and anywhere in the UI! Like what I have said before I have an issue about the touch screen sensitivity beacause it is not that good i need to push it really hard. . That is the real downer of this phone! :( I also got this phone in globe postpaid plan!

I never thought of reading some articles on web saying which says about the phone's accelerometer. but when I started using this phone, I got very irritated and disgusted because the accelerometer did not work! If I were you, do not purchase one!

Hi everyone, I bought Samsung Corby 2 as a free phone in my Postpaid Plan with Globe. And all I can say is that the features are okay.
I'd like to know about the initial charging of the battery. My brother pull out the charge at exactly 2 hours and screen says battery full. However, I've asked him to reconnect since initial charging should calibrate the battery and must be 8hours maximum. After, that the battery dries off exactly 48 hours.
Could you guys tell me, if the battery has been damaged/not on its full capacity. Since as what i have heard the standard for Corby 2 usage is around 5days on the maximum.
Thanks!

This phone is crap. Samsung had better improvements on their highend phones. Like Galaxy S to Galaxy S2. But this one? What sort of enhancements were done? Still not 3G phone, still no camera flash, no secondary camera no OS. They've could've just create a new model altogether and not call it CorbyII. More like.... the other one is CORNY this one is SAMSUNG CORNY TOO...
