just got this phone a week ago.i like the touch screen..and many locks to avoid unwanted access to important features like text messages and files.the accessories are available as well.the only problem is that sometimes when you need to set up a playlist,ul be getting a hard time choosing up the song when you toggle the screen up an down..but generally,the phone is great.and the price is too cheap for a touch screen beginner like me.

hello ppl i was wondering, gsmarena said that the stars internet browser had full flash support. is that true? can i watch youtube videos or any other site. can i use the full facebook site not m.facebook.com?can i watch facebook vids and play games on facebook. basically i would just like to know does intergrates with facebook, the full facebook site. thanks

This phone is very nice,but camera clarity is poor and during phone call we can't able to operate few functions like my files and opening msgs.msg capacity is very low.

i have a sd card filled with photos from my old 5mp phone, does anyone know whether this phone supports this? as i currently have a samsung j700 and i cant view any pics from my sd card due to my fone not supporting it. thanks.

i got this phone 10 days age
it is wounderful volume is higher
colours and touch is soooooooooooooo good
software is gteat battery in suerprising it can stay 3 days with good job
camera is so nine
i got many samsung and nokia before
it is the best one i got

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-20 08:33 from kRg%HI there, i have got the star in pink and i love it, u CAN access the internet on this phone, however the only downfall on that front is the u-tube, they say u cant use it unless its on 3G, but i can access this (not very good, but it works) with my phone and im on orange and its not a 3g phone....the sound quality is exellent, (with headphones OR without)...it looks great, really light in weight, and im learning new things about it every day!! i would deffinately reccomend u buy this for ur missus, no doubt she'll love it, and its great value for money! the only other thing is the camera is good dont get me wrong but it would be alot betta if it had a flash which it doesnt have, but apart from that this is a great phone!!

I was thinking about getting the pink samsung star to my girlfriend for christmas but I am starting to think not to because I am reading so many problems about the phone( e.g. can't get on the internet, lose reception,) is the phone really that bad.

why is there quite a big price difference of this phone in india compared to other countries?it is more expensive in india.

1.how is the document viewer?
2.i heard that while talking on this phone the person on the other end cannot hear you clearly.is this true?
3.how is the mp3,camera quality?
