I have this phone and its video streaming, sound quality and camera is wonderful. However I have this question, What will change or what are the benefits when I update its software using the supplied software CD. I will appreciate your answer

i like my GT S 5233A but unfortunately i still cant upload photos or videos i made on my phone to my PC...i used the USB cable available but still not good...what's wrong ? thanks for replying(anyone)...
