I, along with loads of other had a screen break for no reason on a D900 but samsung refused to accept the problem was with their design instead it seemed easier to blame us owners

I recently purchased a Samsung S7350 Mobile Phone only to find it was damaged when it arrived by courier. I immediately returned the phone to Samsung who have refused to rectify the problem.

I will never buy another Samsung.

yes, the battery is a shit joke... I have to charge it every day, and I do not even use it much... is a stupid joke...

very bad for samsung... the phone is very beautiful but the battery is terrible... i prefer se c903 or nokia n85... :(

I've had this Classico for 3 days now and I've had to charge it up every day. Its only been used for about 15 txts, a couple of photos and the usual customising and familiarising you do when you get a new phone. Is this battery faulty or am I expecting too much? My old Motorola was charged every couple of weeks or so, so perhaps I've been spoilt. I like the features, the usual manual is rubbish, not at all helpful and I'm wondering whether to send it back. Oh, by the way does anyone know how to brighten the subject when you're ready to take a photo, I would have thought it was on the navigation button or a slider at the side but that only brings the subject nearer. Thanks

Further to my comment below, I have since sold this phone, I only had it for about a week, I got so fed up with the battery life it was really making me fed up. I also didn't like that when I was going to do a text message, ALWAYS I had to switch off the predictive text.
