> In reply to TUT @ 2009-06-23 22:36 from nE3cThanks TUT, that's great! This phone seems to have everything that I need then. 110% set on Jét once my current contract expires - had some great offers from Vodafone too since I'm not already a customer. Can't wait! Very happy bunny :D

It seems that this handset supports the divx with AC3. Is that correct ? Now I am searching the handset that can play the divx file with AC3.

> In reply to easybreeze @ 2009-06-24 10:42 from MQ8EYou're welcome and I respect your preference(s). I agree, it could have been best if long press deleting letter by letter is there... I hope Samsung listens... Thank you too...

I still find it strange as Samsung is the only device to do this...
Nokia / Sony / LG / Apple - even every computer! Imagine holding delete for a second and the whole email being deleted :) Just a thought.
Thanks

> In reply to easybreeze @ 2009-06-24 09:52 from MQ8EWe used to walk when there were no cars... If you prefer walking, it is up to you. You can use the CUT function to delete/erase. In that way, you can PASTE later if you change your mind... Hope this makes you consider...

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-06-24 04:12 from vx4xYeah that sounds good but I'm used to holding the delete button and would end up deleting the whole message... is there an option to stop this or an undo button in case you hold delete for more than a second and wipe the whole text? That one thing will stop me getting one - the last samsung was so frustrating.

> In reply to easybreeze @ 2009-06-23 15:54 from MQ8EJust highlight the letters/words you want to delete/erase/edit then press backspace/c/bin or cut(icon) and presto, you get what you want. Faster (for me) than long press in SE/Nokia/Etc. Is that disappointing? What is disappointing is the plastic back cover finish of the jet. It smudges as easy as the screen reacts to the slightest of touch.

> In reply to Jo @ 2009-06-23 21:30 from pJDNyou know what you are right, i assumed it had wifi due to gsmarena
and the fact that samsung states its got wide connectivity however there is no mention of wfif on the official website
oh well.. thats the jet crossed of the list.

Does the UK model have Wi-Fi? The official Samsung Jet and Samsung Mobile websites don't seem to state anything about it and I emailed their customer services to ask them and I got the reply 'In response to your email regarding the wi-fi query. We can advise that this handset does not have the option for wi-fi'. A lot of sites do state that the phone carries Wi-Fi, but none of them are official Samsung sites so I am led to believe different things. Does anybody have this phone already and can comfirm whether Wi-Fi is available or not? If it is then I'll definitely be getting it via Vodafone promotions next month when my O2 contract ends!
