this phone is stictly for audiophiles who want the best quality music available from their phones, you'll never find another phone out there with the same quality audio components as this one.......
Umm....Try the ROKR E2, comes WITH a camera and 3.5mm audio jack, A2DP bluetooth and dedicated music buttons down one side, This phone is not only ugly but chuny as well, why do Samsung try and shove this kinda stuff down the publics throat?

My first view & opinion on this without any research(since I am only crazy about Nokia phones).
Is this an MP3 player or a hi tech mobile phone, dont u think itz more like an mp3 player than a phone.
Wow!! anyways, was jus thinking how wud people make calls, guess itz touchscreen, something interesting but must confess something odd!!
I would now look into the specs & some of ur valuable opinions.
Anyways, good job Samsung.
Cheers!!

It's fatter then the i-phone and more expensive...I don't get it. It also looks huge and gross, like an LG Chocolate's-first-twice-removed-ugly-younger-cousin with a sever weight problem. Its aesthetics are horrible, how could Samsung release junk like that?
True music fanatics want to use higher end headphones and standard (for the blue-tooth scaredy-cats)....if it had a 2.5mm and 3.5mm jack it would be worth taking a second glance...but overall still revolting.

why did you delete my comment??? i wasn't cursing or anything like that i just gave my opinion about the phone. stop protecting the pathetic lewis coz his phone sucks and deleting negative comments so th ephone would get a better reputation.my delted comment is below (thank god for browser history).
god its ugly! this is such a terrible looking device, and you use the controls upside down?well if you flip it it looks like an ipod ... just much uglier lol what a freak of a device no matter of it features, if it could fly i still wouldn't buy it, it seams so uncomfortable and the plugin for the headphones looks like is just put on the perfect place to break the jack lol it ugly and probably hell expensive coz some art guy designed it like from his wet dreams lol.

To be perfectly honest (In my view),
It looks like them cordless house phones that most households have.
I mean, with the base and overall design.
Good Lookin, but it Looks a bit weird, though.

Wonder it's me or i am seeing the keys are above the screen? The last thing on my mind i can imagine the convenience of single-handed handling on this phone...definitely a no-go for me... :D

many different peoples having many different wishes. But I really wonder who will buy this mobile. About taste you can not discuss, but about functionality you do not need to discuss, there is nothing to discuss. Let everyone be happy, but this is nothing for me

Well its a luxury phone its not produced for need or more feature.. its for showing, like other luxury items do.
Well some REAL rich people will buy it may be because of curiosity and style of course they dont care about what features it can have they're too damn rich to think of it..
Even i.. if i have the money/riches too spend im glad to have one of that phone. its not a type of phone that all people can have.

The Serene is very difficult to dial a number & you have to really concentrate not to touch the round dial or you'll have to start from the beginning again....wonder if this hugh phone will have the same problem!
Some B&O products have very nice design(or else they will not be shown in museum). I'm using their 42" plasma TV(high price, nice design but not the best picture quality on the market), I also use their home stero, nice design & compliment the living room perfectly. It's an art but it does not give the best sound quality!).
Regarding phones, it's not their speciality & this phone is just way too big to look elegant in your hand.

That perfect sound quality theory of this is from previous experiences of past B & O Product. i Own the serene and also the beosound2 and earset 3 And the sound quality its much2 better than the ipod. And the serenes earphone quality is best ever in a phone. Read some reviews of the seren and most will agree. AND PLEASE THIS IS BANG AND OLUFSEN DO NOT SAY WHY SAMSUNG CANT MAKE GOOD PHONES! This is designed and the specs are determined by BANG N OLUFSEN

Why do people make below comment when they have not even tried the sound quality of this phone??? The phone is not even out yet!!!........
"think about a phone with less gimmicks and perfect voice quality. That is what I associate with a phone".

For all of you Samsung and B&O apologists, please consider the following: There's a sucker born every minute - attributed to P.T. Barnum and famous con-man Joseph ("Paper Collar Joe") Bessimer.
Also, for the record, I could afford the Serenata if I wanted one. I know many others that could as well. However, the rich don't get rich - and stay that way - by spending their money on frivolous products.
