I am a big fan of Samsung products, but when I saw Serene, looks like Nokia 7280. Only for the sake of style & fashion, not more. Only people who have more than 2 mobile phones, then buy this one to show off

In contrary to most of you, this phone is great. We have to look from a Scandinavian point of view, I mean this might look strane or even absurd for Americans, but this is very nice. This is something revolutionary. Samsung and B&O have proven to the world that the buttons of a mobile does not have to be below the screen! The screen is simply great. 1.9 inch with 240 x 320 px, which means more than 6500 pixels in 1cm x 1cm.
The camera resolution is quie enough as the concept of the phone is simplicity.

well it really does look like a calculator n make up mirror.base on the vote its so obvious that no 1 appreciate this phone(including me).both the fucntion n design is awful.i dunno anything bout ART since i cant appreciate it n i dun even wanna appreciate it.really hurt my pocket.

Hey, you guys who said it is bad don't announce anything without thinking deeply. Do you think Samsung can't make great phone which cotain heavy secifications? They have technology. This phone has different concept, and they made this phone by following concept.

You don't understand, this phone is being sold on the principle of design. It will be brought out under the Bang and Olufsen name, and for that reason alone, will sell. It certainly will not be worth the 1000 euros that is being asked, but neither is the nokia 8800 worth the money you have to pay for it, and thats designed by nokia!
Fashion concious people with more money than brain cells will buy it.

Bang and olufsen are a great company, but when it comes to this, they have really lost the plot. It looks awful, i mean if you look past the 'simple' beauty propaganda it is a truly horrendous looking phone.
What this is trying to do is become the mobile version of the ipod, but is going to end up the way of the dinosaur.
Oh well thats what happens when you let loopy swedish designers off the leash.

LOL, to those who feel bad about this phone. Haven't you read about this phone?. This phone is intended for the rich and famous and not for you who cannot afford it. This phone is not for the masses. So do not compare it to other crap brand (sharp or panasonic) that cannot put a big sale on thier full features phones. LOL
REMEMBER, THIS PHONE IS FROM SAMSUNG,LIKE A BMW CAR OR ROLEX WATCH.

this is the dumbest phone ever...its going to be priced for its "unique" look instead of the features...they're not going to release this one unless they make major changes to the body and features...i give this one two thumbs down..

You get more and more ridiculous phones.
And bytheway: does this toy look like a phone at all?
To me, this toy looks like the stupid Sony MP3 flash-memory player!
I'm sure this toy-"phone" will have some demand, since not many mature people have left in this society.
LOOK AND ANALYSE:
The most mature and solid looking normal sized phones either come from SHARP or PANASONIC (new models). Both brands are concentrating their focus on Asian market. And as we all know, the population in most of the Asian countries today (except for South Korea) is more mature-minded than even in Europe.
That is they reason why normal sized Sharp and Panasonic phones don't have useless crap such as: Outside screen, and small design.
