Yes it supports youtube and Mp4 video in 320*240 format only it does not play 640*480 or higer resolutions. Picture quality is good in daylight but video recording is bad. The image viewer needs improvement.

samsung star 3 duos very good phone like galay note samsung............... very auesome.........i think some says that youtube not wprk propery than i tell them it is not mobile fault..it is your internet connection fault....... olz buy this phone if u want galaxy note
