I think it would be the best feature phone available to the users........from the pic the screen size is bigger 3.5 inch.........waiting for it to launch........

Samsung Star is java feature phone. So, s5292 will be too a java device. It will come with a price tag of Rs 4,000 in December 2012.

It will be their java based os pone with touchwhiz ui
last time used star 1 phone it was nice for budget users
but nokia asha willbe better than this becaus of ovi store and apps for it
Still hoping that nokia offers sybian belle in low end asha series then it will fully dominate budget market :)

312 Mhz? Impossible. It can't handle even a Android 1.5 with that Mhz

Significant improvement over star 3 duos or even star 2 duos (Screen Size and resolution; and wifi hotspot)
and OS used is not clear(java or Bada).
But no developer support like exclusive apps for symbian platform.
No Adobe Flash (Lite) or downloadable themes.
Even video codec support is bad (No H.264) So no better use of such a big screen.
So it would be better to spend some more bucks and buy nokia asha 311 if considering only feature phone.

People who feel using android is difficult should only consider it.
For others I feel there are cheaper and better alternatives like karbonn a1+ or micromax ninja 3 as this phone won't come cheap.
