I got this phone just over a week ago (I know, late!) and so far, I love it! There are only a few flaws.. When you text in T9 mode, using the front number keypad, I'm a fast texter and if you press the buttons too fast, it can't keep up with you so if you press the "6" three times it might just get you to the "N" instead of the "O". Another thing is, the battery life pretty much sucks.. but not all of the time. I don't have to charge my phone every night, and I text a lot. During school, I keep my phone off (most of the time) and I text on the bus in the morning and the afternoon. The battery isn't too bad, but it's definitely not has good as average phones. One day I texted kind of a lot, and my battery was out by 4:00 pm.
Something that really annoys me is the t-zones button on the phone. I'm not sure how to explain it, but the left button is the menu, and the right button is t-zones. I didn't get internet, and more than a few times now, I accidentally went to t-zones while putting my phone in my jeans pocket.
There are only two options for the phone theme. :( white and black. not cool.
The keyboard is amazing and I love the smoothness of the phone.
Overall, I give this phone a 7.5 out of 10 stars. :)

the only thing i dont like about the phone is you cant set ur ringtones as ur message tone and that the message dont pop up like the other phones do!!!! you have to exit all the way out of anything ur doing and then read it!!!! other than that the phones awsome

this phone to me appears to be the most awesome phone i have ever seen or come to know about!!!!!!look at that shine thats so kool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg this phone is so cool i mean look at the shining color you cant tell me this phone stinks or it sucks this phone to me appears to be the most awesome phone i have ever come to see or know about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i wanted the sidekick lx 2009 but this is what was bought 4 me. waiting on it 2 arrive. not liking the look of it so far. really wanted dat sidekick or even a blackberry javlin / storm.

I got my wife this phone when we switched from at&t. Neat little phone but recently been having issues with txt msg storing. Aparently it stores on the sim instead of phone memory so she can only get 30 txts haven't found a solution to this yet, so if anyone knows how to set it up to save onto the phone memory that would be GREAT!
***ALSO for anyone that wants to use 4gb microsd hc download gparted and format the microsd to fat16. Turn off the phone, insert the microsd, turn phone on and let it load the folders, remove it and now you have all the preset folders for the phone, load ur music & pictures that you want and insert the microsd back into the phone. Viola!
