got ths phon 1 month befor bt still didn,t get gud results,its blutooh nt detect othr phons n also cn,t detctd by othr phons,n its wi fi also cnt connect wth any netwrk,hav sombdy any solution?f hav plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me

I have a samsung Katalyst T739 phone. I can use the 1gb Microsd memory card on it. It is requesting for a format, when I tried doing that it give an error. and of course the bluetooth is not working.Can somebody help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I received my !!! samsung katalyst three weeks ago the date is April 17 2009 and this was supposed to be a new phone.so far the calendar will not work as it says in the owners manual, if you imput a appointment that you must do every day after day one you cannot delete it or it will delete all for the month no matter what choice you use. the phone will not turn itself on as stated in the manual and sound the wake up alarm. the wi-fi is just a little better than a string and two cans in fact the whole phone is just a little better then two cans. t mobil says it never heard of the problums but samsung tec. finally said they no about the problums but no help is going to come. ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT PLEASE CONTACT ME A blutrank@hotmail.com. what a pice of junk and how do the phone companys get to tell you its a new phone when it came out in 2007?

I've had phone for about 5 mos. Phone freezes up. At times display reads "unauthorized action" when trying to answer incoming call also things like "Searching"..."Network service not available"..."No service"... Have had partial service 3 days in the last month. I am only able to dia 911 with it now.Sometimes i am able to at least text 2 or 3 hour window of opportunity every week or so. Customer service tells me there is a system problem yet 2 other members of household have not had service problems but dont have this phone, fortunately for them. Customer care has wiped out my contacts, photos etc. have charged me with additional phone lines for testing this one and charged me early termination fees.

I have had this phone for several months and for whatever reason it randomly freezes and turns itself off. T-mobile keeps telling me its a software problem and they have no idea how to fix it. I'm on my third katalyst in 3 weeks and finally they are just giving me a new phone. Would not reccomend this phone to anyone. Its horrible

My only issue is the phone keeps powering off and then back on. I've lost several calls that way. this is the second BRAND NEW unit, it's doing the same thing. I'll try one more, but I ain't happy with it because of this. Otherwise, I'd recommend it to anyone.

I personally have had this phone since its release and have had good luck with this phone. i dropped it a couple of times. the only problem that i had with it was that the text messages were being delayed and not getting to people until the next day. but i have a feeling that was the service not the phone.

Bought the phone because I liked the WiFi option. However the phone screen died out 8 months into owning it and Samsung does not make good on it. I noticed this in the same problem a previous comment had. Thats it no more Samsung products for me they are not good quality and they do not back their warranty. Now I have a BlackBerry and it works great. Go RIMM.

I just got this phone, and it's a pretty good phone for someone who isn't looking for much more than basic phone features with some added bonuses. The only kink I feel is not being able to read texts in the middle of phone calls (not too serious), its slight heaviness for size, and the fact that the battery doesn't seem to last as long as my old, old samsung battery.

That aside, I'm still happy with my Katalyst. I've gotten used to the way it is, and I don't regret buying it. However, if those little kinks could be fixed, I would be happier.

Do NOT buy this phone. It is severely disabled. Bluetooth is no good-only for headsets and handsfree, no synching. Avoid at all costs. The UMA connection works good, but that is about the only redeeming feature of this phone. It is WAY overpriced and not customizable in any way. Avoid. Returning mine promptly.
