you can reset your phone and it'll delete your password. do a master clear or master reset, but it may delete the contents in your phone to its manufacturer's settings. or if its your sim thats locked and not your device, tmobile can give you a new sim free of charge.

The specs for how much memory this phone will take are wrong. Samsung's website states that up to 16gb MicroSDHC

sounds like individual phone problem, that was never a overly frequent problem with my behold.
you can always upgrade to a samsung omnia 2

Don't waste your money..
I've had this phone for a couple of months. It does nothing but frustrate me. Anything you try do do, even text, causes the phone to shut off. It finally went crazy and would not stop shutting on and off. (I have talked to people that has had the same thing happen to their Behold)
The behold is of bad quality, it has many features but you'll never get any of them to work!!
And the 5.0 megapixel (the reason i bought the phone) is not that great either!

Well I am about to get my third behold because my first one froze up completely and now the second one is starting to do it to. T-mobile told me that this is known for doing this. I did the master reset and everything nothing seems to help. So I hope this phone doesn't freeze up completely before I get the other one.
