Come on is this even a cell phone.The back looks like a camera did samsung make a cell phone with a camera or a camera with a phone feature.

It kind of irritates me that T-Mobile said "...from one of the highest resolution cameras available on a touch screen phone."

8mp is not only the highest resolution camera available on a touch screen phone, but on any phone in general.

There's no way this thing is not going to have TV-out; it's an 8mp camera phone.

But I still can't believe it doesn't have Wi-Fi. T-Mobile USA wouldn't change the price if it had Wi-Fi or even HotSpot@Home or whatever it's called, anyways. They always sell phones for really cheap compared to the other companies, minus the way over-priced Wing that seriously needs to be replaced with the T-Mobile Vario 4.

And just because it looks similar to another phone, doesn't mean it's a copy. Touchscreen phones are bound to look some-what alike; you can't really change the design all that much.

you people are to freakin picky. who cares if it doesnt have wi-fi? sure, it would be nice, but you wanna pay 200 dollars more for wi-fi? its just a bonus if it has it, if not, no big deal. samsung phones are becoming #1. i used to like motorola and nokia, but now, motorola sucks and nokia dont offer any real touchscreen except for i think 3 phones. look at LG and Samsung, over half the new phones are touchscreen. they are so much better IMO. and this phone, i will get it with tmobile come feb 25.

Also the ku990(viewty or ke990(usa viewty) is old and its only 5mp not a 8mp camera phone and it does not do wvga video it only does vga like every other phone so how is it even in the same class as the memoir or pixon.You can only compare the LG renoir but guess what there is no usa version no wvga video.

it does the same wvga video as the pixon. Thats the closest phone it resembles to me. They say sony is more point and shoot. Nokia does not have a 8mp camera phone and LG wont release any of there new phones in the usa. Samsung is the only company that will make a usa version.

i own a LG VIEWTY and its completely crap, there is no way u can use a viewty to compare this model, its absolutely rubbish..

2 friends and 1 cousin of mine all had a viewty and we all changed in 3mths max, its just unbearable

so plz don't use the viewty to compare wit it

gosh... what's the point in having another 8mp touch phone without the Wifi?

isn't Pixon sufficient?

In my opinion I tried to match this samsung phone with the LG viewty but it was extremely difficult as I couldn't see where they were seeing that it is identical to the viewty. No way, I surely do not agree with you!
