Godd@mn it this phone is pure bliss! i had this phone for 1 year and a half and i only had to have it fixed once, kudos to samsung customer service since they actually replaced its screen without a charge when it got damaged on its 11 month. the only reason i bought a new phone was my ex lost it. so she became my ex and i got a new. phone jet is nice by the way the screen lag is forgivable basically i love it almost as much as my u600. it has to prove itself to me though.

the rest is fine but the touch key pad is problematic.
Gone through service centre for the same problem twice but still not working fine.

The phone looks nice, the keypad is good, and the video is really clear. However, the camera takes a long time to take a picture. I've had my phone for 8 months and the screen is already flickering. It is a very sensitive phone and if you would like to buy this phone, you really need to take care of it.

i bought this phone 3mths ago and resently the screen has started flickering..its like the ripples from wen u drop a small stone in water...its very slight..does any1 have this problem??

Delay time for picture taking is a tad long. Picture quality is good. ring tone is soft. software is quite good. user friendly. is slim, is fragile, is a georgeous looking phone. keypad flex is good.not a bad phone, take good care of it.

I got this phone 2 yrs ago, black. It is a But the phone is so slim i drop it often and the screen registered a white screen and then went blank. I got it repaired twice in 8 mths into the purchase. & I blamed it on the number of times i dropped the phone. & In the end i stopped going to the service centre totally because of the extremely poor service i got from the Samsung service centre. My verdict, it is a good basic phone and is pretty.but must take good care of it.

not a good 1;
have gone to service centre 2 times in 7 months for same problem.(Touch key pad not working)
its been in service centre for a month now which is its 3rd time.
rest buy it at ur own risk

if i wer u u should choose u600 than u700
since the flex is better than u700
my gurlfriend have u700 and have the flex replaced three times within a year.( good thing it is under warranty ) and now she no longer use it since the flex was broke again ( no longer under 1 yr warranty )..
i have my u600 for 2 yrs and my gurlfriend is using it right now..
i have replaced the flex only once after a year and 5 months of usage..
so u600 have a better flex..

`iv been thinking recently should i buy a u600/u700 or the cheaper but low-ranged e251... i want to buy u600 coz its cheaper compared to other phones that are mid-ranged and also it has better specs.. but then according to the opinions the flex are brittle... is it true?
