Great...except battery

i've had this phone for a long long time. the camera is good, takes very nice pictures and the video works satisfying as well.
i mainly use it for phone calls and taking pictures, listening to music.if i don't listen to music the battery lasts for like 3 days, but when i do - it lasts for 2 - ish.
i think it is a nice and simple phone.
i am shopping around for a new one. any suggestions?

I have samsung U600.Recharging function is ok but main power does not open. Please advice me.

I have this phone and its the one am using but the prob ive got ,ma downloaded ebuddy iz taking longer to sign in mi account and in otherwise it refuses to sign in, thanx

I have this phone or rather had dis phone and its ok for people who dont want many features on their phone. So if you get bored on a car trip then dont bother gettin out dis phone to fiddle with cos there just ain't anything to fiddle with. And it being discontinued and all just makes the matter even worse. COME ON SAMSUNG! YOU CAN DO BETTER!(If you r looking for your first phone I would suggest a nokia)

every thing is fine but yhe music players and also the video players get a bit slower in starting up.

i have this fone fr more than two yrs nw...my experience wd ths fone has been excellent...the camera is brilliant n i have it in a lovely pink n silver color..the document viewer is great opens all kinds of files..the only drawbacks r that the camera n music player is a bit slow..lags a few secs n the speakers nt that loud though its great on headfones...bt othrwise its a great all rounder n a v tough fone...i ve dropped it on concrete floors n there wasnt any damage

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. The touch buttons are way too annoying, easily making calls without notice. Evenmore, while writing a message, an accidental touch on the upper right button forces you to exit the SMS writing, simply asking if you want to save your current message or not. HIGHLY annoying if you ask me...

Further on, the camera / video mode are really slow. But the worst thing of all, is the erroneous behaviour that occurred. Me, and a friend of mine, experienced a weird "bug" while writing messages, where the screen light would go "blinking". We've never been able to recover from that weird behaviour. Couple months later, the phone decided to turn its screen light off while slided up, rendering it almost useless.

Quite an old phone, perhaps no one would be interested to buy it now, but still, stay away from it.

Its a decent mobile phone and looks very nice

This phone is great for older people but for teens and ppl in there 20's/ 30's i would advise a smartphone.
