the phone is whack av been using for six months n tha fibre cable been bringing lots of inconviniency. making the screen to go off and muting the speaker. what can i do?

I've had a Samsung u700 for two years and since the day I got this phone, it has been giving me problems. If it wasn't the speaker breaking, it was the sensors becoming faulty, to the screen flipping. I started thinking that my phone was haunted or something. I was very disappointed in this phone.

Got this handset 2 years ago, have been tolerating the near to mute ringtone which causes me lots of inconvienient. This model is to date quite intriguing and given me tons of suprises. For instance, it's ability to alter it's skin coloration from metallic silver to milky white is impressive but not unheard of. You should get use to admiring others to be able to play games on their handset... I don't wanna risk damaging it through unconventional methology to load game into it. No silicon casing recommended since it would simply hurt the interior circuits. Recently sent for repair cause the inner wiring connected to the display came loose and hence render the keypad useless. Right now i still love this brilliant device.

am using the samsung u700 but it seems the out going calls is not allow. but i do receve incoming calls and and i also can send text msg. i not know why i cant make a call. pls help. thanks hope to hear from u soon.

ya i agree the flex or info cable easily break so fast in 8 months time i have to refix it again...

Iv used two samsung phones in twenty months,and i so love samsung but iv always had the same problem with both phones,The touch screen,it goes blank after every ten to eight months,and that bugs me a lot,i plead to samsung to improve them phones b4 sales go down and we buy some other brand.

I got the u700 for about a year now, and last weekend the touch scren stopped working, the touch screen stays on all the time or when you using the phone put its self off... must i take it in or whats wrong with the phone???

the phone is fantastic.its my first time of using samsung but i must confess am impress.i have a problem of not hearing at all even when i play music no volume,you cant hear a sound.do know what to do maybe i misstakenly pres something!how can i fix this problem?

hace come to love this phone but the only problem is that he information cable gets cut very fast thus leading to ablack screen could samsung address this problem please

av always loved my phone. but i hav to say m realy depressed and sad. i hav just lost it to a thief but dont know what to do. is there any way you ca help me? I realy need another brand but i do not not have the cash. please help me get another one and i will be very grateful. i will appreciate so much for your coperation if you accept my request. This should be reported to NTC here in the Philippines. I've bought this phone through credit card and I can't believe that I'm paying for a non-working/garbage phone.....It's more than a month since they're still fixing and they keep on telling that the parts is not yet delivered by SAMSUNG......Never buy any Samsung phone again

I've had this phone for 1 year this month and up until now there have been no problems. Like many other users of this type and similar models (U600 etc) the same faults keep resurfacing. When I slide the screen up, the image is revered, the colours altered and the touch sensitive bottons no longer work. I had the same issue with the U600 and a close friend is having this with his U700. This is a major problem in my opinion because most people cannot afford to keep buying new phones on a yearly basis. Its almost like there's something in the software that triggers the fault after one years use so that consumers will buy new phones and the latest technology. Samsung is going to shoot itself in the foot if its not careful. Their high-end phones are stunning and opperate brilliantly when they work but if they last only 1 year, is it really worth it? I for one will never buy a Samsung mobile again until they can prove that their phones last longer than a year.

This fone at first is good and stylish.. The camera is wonderful with 3.2MP, I have all my memorable pix with this fone. The only problem is the flex, it's really pissing me off due to ribbon problem. I have it fix 3x and the life span of the fix is just 6mos. Damn it!! Good at first but in the end the consumer suffers.. Not reccomended to addict texters, because you'll always have to use to flex the fone everytime you'll received a message.

i bought this phone last year august..the touch screen seem not that sensitive.. sometime it couldnt sense it.. >< the battery is not long lasting.. if u sms a lot.. it just can stand for ONE day max .. if you put on vibrate mode..half day.. lol.. i wont buy samsung phone in future...SE is the best
