I've had this phone for nearly 3 years it has been great, no major problems. However as of yesterday once it goes into standby mode (dark screen but still on) the screen will not flash back up. The touch screen keys and keypad still light up as normal but you cannot see anything on the screen. Not sure why this is????

I have got an unusual problem....
whenever i get a call on my cell,i get no sound of the ringtone nor any vibration....but the funny thing is that this problem doesnt happen on receiving sms!!!what should i do???plz help plzzzzzzzzzzz

The phone works very slow if yu keep more than 150 mensseges... but if you deletete them it works fine again. I have this phone about more than a year and i really like it but it is so slow after some sms...

Ive had the Samsung soul for a year now and can honestly say i love this wee phone. it has touch screen and buttons for ease of txting. it has been reliable and looks great (i think anyway!)
Ive had no problems with it to date and am struggling to find a phone to replace it as im due an upgrade soon!
The only one downside i mite say is that the music is quite low and could do with speakers attached, other than that its been a loyal companion and a phone i can depend on :)

Help! I deleted my connection settings and my browser won't work anymore :( Can someone tell me how to fix it back? Does it matter if I am on Orange Romania?

i thought this was the best phone ever because i enjoy doing the background wall papers and themes and i like the touch screen pannel but then after 3 mo. the ribbon get cuit for some reasons i dont know.. then the screen turn blank it can recieve text and call but you cant see it,,,so i realize its not worth the price!!

I had D820 Samsung which was suck all the way and a friend gave me this U900 now which is newer model (I thought it's better just to find out it suck like most probably most samsung cellphones.
I'll vow here to never buy any samsung product again, since there are so many great products up there and no need to get stuck with bad company!

Hi,

I want to post a short review of the u900 soul since i see many negative reviews with this in many blogs. First of all i've been using it for almost 3 months now and i must say i am satisfied with this mobile. Yes this one doesn't have the best battery back up but once you see through and work around its weak points, this is the mobile which really boosts your style factor wherever you go. First of all, this is the most sexy phone with a great form factor, especially the black one which i use, looks very sexy with its inbuilt wallpapers and the slide is a treat to use, very smooth. The camera is 5MP and is at par with the high end mobiles. Regarding battery backup, i found it wasn't lasting for a day at first but once i had it charging for 16-20 hours which is highly recommended for new mobiles, i found is holds on for 2-3 days of normal use. Ya, its not meant for long hours of gaming or music. But all in all, though priced on the high, this mobile is not worth all the negative reviews.

I have had my phone for 12 months now, two days ago it just went blank on me.I switched it off and tried to switch it on again but nothing.The touch screen panel is not working ,however i can receive calls but im unable to access my menu.If anyone can assist on how i should sort it out ,i would really appreciate it. 0825566187

Hi every1 :) I am facing some problems with my phone browser. I don't know how to fix it. Each time I enter an internet based app like the preinstalled google it shows empty and it always shows a message to define my conection settings. I think I erased my conection setting but I don't recall doing such thing. And I don't know how to set a new connection because it requires stuff like proxy adress and I don't know things like these :P So can some1 help me in telling what should I d to fix this? :)

I used this samsung for 14 months , it's wonderful! .. really good , but to be honest it has two defects .. first the voice is not good .. i mean it is low a little , second the battery doesn't remain much time in my opinion - it remains for about 2 days at the most if u didn't use it .. but if u did! , u'll have to recharge it in the same day . that's all !

heyy i know how to put pictures on the wallpaper u jst have to go to pictures album which is saved in the phone not the memory card and select few pictures..dats all
