mine has an android froyo os, but its in korean or japanese or something like that, with some ‘baidu’ text input which is not that user-friendly. how do i get the english version of the android os?

You definitely *SHOULD* root your phone and put a custom rom on it. It is *SOOO* worth it, having the latest Google OS on your phone, like 4.2.2 via Xylon rom from Nelson Giordano from Team Passion on Facebook. Your phone will wake you up in the middle of the night to kiss you and tell you "thank you! Thank you for freeing me of the Slavery of Samsung!" :D
I have had mine rooted for a year and I love it and the freedom it gives me.

IT doesnt have a front facing Camera... He probably meant the Samsung Galaxy S 4G

me am using this 1 with 2.2 froyo bt am afraid to root my phone cz rooting may deactivate my 4n.can any 1 tell me any advantage of rooting this type of 4n???

it has a front camera and is well enough ... but this phone is little bit slow .. otherwise .. this is fantastic

My friend gave me this phone since I needed a new one. Its great! I recommend that you root it and flash a custom ROM on it to make it even more worthwhile.

Why when I am going to answer an incoming call I can not do it, it seems that the page is frozen or unlock and I miss my calls. Can someone answer my question?? thanks

I Just had my galaxy s unlocked to read local sim cards but it restarts itself frequently.i tried re-flushing it and also upgrading its software but all in vain. I live in uganda. any help will be highly appreciated
