hi my samsung h1, was work fine aweek ago the yesterday,the screen freez i can do anything, this is pay as you go, am not in vodafone any tarriff. Can anyone advise me what to do please thanks.

for the people that don't know, the vodafone 360 service was cancelled over a year ago, the phone still works however (just not on V360)

my 360 have never worked properly since I bought it in 2009 as contract with vodafone. what a poor quality samsung!
