Hi,
I have an unlocked samsung H1 vodaphone set. After a year of operation, the bottom side of touch screen is non responsive. What is the problem actually? how can be the problem solved? Will hard reset may be the solution?and does that delete all the applications of the mobile set?

This is King Bobo from Cameroon. I actually love everything about my Samsung V360 h1. It works perfectly well for me. Good and spacious memory, sufficient to contain my files, good camera and clear HD videos. I love the applications, and I'll appreciate if many more apps are added. thanks
