Hello! I am using this phone for 4 month and until sunday i thought it is great. But two days ago, a part of my screen stopped to work, others function is working properly. I made a reset, changed to factory settings, but it did not help. And i also cannot reinstall firmware, because "Samsung New Pc Studio" saying that i have the lattest firmware. Can anyone help me? How can i reinstall firmware or mabe there is other way to repare my phone. Thank you

hi i have a serious problem. i am from Bangladesh and we don't have any vodafone connectivity here but I can't bypass the default vodafone settings and use internet from my connection provider company. even they can't change the settings of the mobile. do you guys plz. help me. i have a samsaung H1 360.

This is one of most complicated phones, i have it almost 1 year and use only for calling/sms and music.
although i am vodafone client ( 360 registered ) but i cant use all application properly. It is a shame for such an expensive phone.
the best thing of H1 are the Intern memory ( 16 gb )and 3,5 mm jack.

After having this buggy for a year, I finally sent an escalation case to Vodafone who are sending me a completely different handset after 2 repairs, 6 firmware updates (one the wrong version) all done in store and its still bugged. Also, don't browse more than 1 webpage, it will freeze. Also big sites cause the phone to crap itself making you remove the battery...
Don't get me wrong, the 360 service, while not really used much is quite good when it doesn't decide to glitch your contacts...
good design, good features (if buggy), bad performance.. Last time I decide to go for a phone brand new on the market...

i have a problem with my touch screen - my left corner is not working, when it appears < or x, i touch it but nothing, if i turn the phone-same problem.only when i play games there is no problem.

I was told that it was software error when it went in for repair as it kept saying that it was connected to my PC via UPS... and was also self charging??????.. can I ask you to reply via my email please as im taking this to trading standards.. my email account is Darranjattwell@blueyonder.co.uk
