i got this fone for my bday last year. . . Its pretty strong considering it went through the washing machine twice and still survived. . . It was fine for about ten months after the second washing machine incident, then last month i throough it at my toe (frustratively) and it stopped working completely. (I know that sounds weird but thats what happened, maybe it just was becuase of the washing incidents that wore it out) i hated all the ringtones and wallpapers and the fact it had no camera disturbed me the most. In general i think the phones good if you need a basic one with not many comlications, the menus a bit tricky but you get the hang of it in a few days and the price is fabulous. The model is also very likable and it fits in the palm of your hand so neatly! (its a pretty gorjus fone) I would recomend this fone to anyone that doesnt get mobile technology and needs something simple. I would also recomend you not to throw the fone at your toe or accidently put it through the washing machine!

It's cool, lovely design, easy to use, durable and not expensive at all. Thinks girls just need a simple nice color screen phone just to make & receive phone call and sent & received SMS will love this little cute X460.Thanks Samsung!

I just started using this phone because my sister gave it to me when she bought a new one. It's a really pretty phone and I like it. But there are some things which are not so great. The battery life!! It's terrible! I can only go 1 or 2 days on it when i use it normally. Also, the phone heats up very quickly especially at the keypad area and it gets very hot when charging. And the smses do not display the time sent or recieved. Sometimes it is important to know. Overall this phone is just okay although it looks very nice.

I bought a data cable so i could hook the phone up to the computer. After unplugging the phone it wouldn't turn on and also refused to charge. I was so annoyed, esspecialy as I'd bought the phone the day before!
Has this happened to anyone else?

hey i recently bought this phone and i love it! but i am unsure how to send and receive mms messages, everytime i receive one it tells me to go to the internet, and then when i do go to the internet i can view the pictures, but i dont no how to get them onto my phone. also, when i try to send mms messages it says 'service fail' all of the time, how do i get it to work??? if any1 could help could u plz tell me?

ive had this phone for over a year and generally this phone is a very good phone if you have no need for all the fancy things like mp3 and camera, 2 days ago mine got wet cos my watter bottle spilled over it, it took me 2 days to dry the phone and it works good as new, it looked really bad at first, the external LCD fogged up and the internal one fogged up a little, a hairdryer does the trick but make sure you dont blow it for more than 30 seconds, i was afraid that i might overheat the phone and spoil something on the inside, or the best thing is to put the phone under your pillow,when you wake up it would be completely dry. but the negative thing about the phone is its battery life, when i hardly call or text i can get 3 days but when i use the phone on a normal basis i get 1 and a half or 2 days worth of battery life. well i hope this information has been useful to those of you interested in buying this phone

I love this phone. I bought it when my cat knocked my Samsung E700 into her water bowl. (Darn cat). If you want a cheap phone that does the job this fits the bill, although I do miss having a camera. The phone is small and cute and fits in your pocket nicely. When I need a new phone I will definitely buy another Samsung. Don't think I could go back to Nokia again.

Great phone... best in price/quality/handling... even water-resistant !! My wife washed it in the laundry machine @ 30°... 3 days later is was dry and still working... only minus point: easily to get scratches/paint damage on it...

I have this phone it is very qute.good small size.Its both displays are best in results and its keypad is well designed. its sound is mellodius,but there is no infra
red. But I likes it.

I got it on ist Nov 2005.

In the manual it is said that charge until 'Fully Charged' message is displayed. I charged my phone more than 7 hrs. But it never showed the message. Is the time I charged is less or somthing else. Please reply me if you have an idea.

someone was asking why the hell is this pne in the mrkt when there is no bluetooth nor infrared...well if u think u wanna own all this in ap pne..y dun u get a samsung with a higher price such as sgh 720 or 730...y bother looking up 4 this pne....samsung has areason for every pne that comes out in the mrkt..most probably this pne is speacially for people whom rarely uses bluetooth n can't afford a expensive one .c'mon ppl do not use infrared now adays when they can use bluetooth 4 free n fast...!

I LUV IT!!!
its so cute and fashionable!
i havent had any trouble with recieving and making calls with the intenna
The only thing i wanna change is my credit! 13c isnt that much!
i dont think you can delete the MMS but its cum in handy not being able to coz i get in fights with my friends and try and delete the RECORDINGS they've made but then we get bac to friends!
i cant say anything on this fone sux except that im with OPTUS!
