I have had this one for almost 2 years. No camera but don't really need it. I haven't had any problems with it. It gets good reception. I have dropped it many times,,,,still works great. The white one I have looks very girlie. I love it

I have the X497 model. It has lasted over 2 years and still works, although the reception is getting so bad I almost can't use it.
My biggest complaint about the phone is the fact that you can set it to silent or vibrate, then if you accidentally bump the key on the side of the phone, even when the phone is closed, it switches off silent/vibrate and starts ringing. Since I am an attorney and cannot have a phone ringing in court, this is a major liability and hassle. I have to remember to turn the phone off many places. My wife has the same phone and hers is broken at the flip point and the battery holder so her phone only works part time, and it is her second battery. I would recommend another phone.

Relatively basic but tri-band, cheap, small, robust and in general allright. Most annoying is the terrible selection of ringtones standard built in. You're forced to go through the hassle of buying a decent one.
