i got this phone one year ago. it was o.k. until last month. it switch off itself and hang. service centre say if re-install the software they can't gurantee. it is a mistake i bought this phone. i was a samsung fan. now considering to quit because of this.

From what I read here I think I've been lucky that my X600 has performed excellently for 1 whole year and 9 months. It has only recently started to switch off and freeze randomly. Time to buy a new one.

itz been nearly 2 yearz 2 my X600,nw suddenly da camera screen turnz greeen when itz rotated backward..need suggestion,can dis b repaired?would i loose all da data if itz repaired?

i have this phone since long time, my camera is not working now,its showing as preview error!! i want some sugestions from any one........wil b higly appriciated..if anyone sugests me for my camera option?

My game folder is removed from set.so how can i reinstall it? In my mobile set when in coming call ringing set is automatic hanged. what is this problem. plz reply me as soon as possible thanks.

I had some of the same problems with this phone, had it for about 7months when the camera broke, all the screen showed was ablur, took it in and it got fixed, then it started to freeze, took it in, it got fixed, then it would turn on and off, took it in and it got fixed, then all three broke so i brought a new phone. its a snazzy phone for the short term but its not very reliable in the long run.

I have X600 but it cannot connent with PC, I cannot talk on phone because it switch off on it's own, I cannot send sms etc. It is unusable phone!! (sorry for my broken English)

i am a fan of Samsung mobiles and when i say this phone i knew i had to get it!it worked fine for about 6-8 months then my camera broke!it would just stay green no matter what i tried to do!then it started to switch off randomly when it was in my pocket or just lying on the table!i would say that if you were one of those people who changed there phone every few months then this is a good phone for you!but i would suggest that you look a little harder to what other mobiles Samsung has to offer!

I got it before 1 year and I have given serive more that 6 times. Mostly the software problem. Phone gets hanged often. I prefer not to buy this.

please help me how to download data from the phone to my pc. i have usb and serial port cable but i just don't get it why it doesn't work. the software seems to ignore the phone when connected.

the phone has a problem which many of you may encounter it freeze, start by itself, block big problem can someone please advised?

Not a good phone..... the worse that i'v ever had. gets stuck and switches off every now and then. cannot keep it on for more than 3 days it strts giving trouble.

hi. this is a good one from samsung. other options may not be that exceptional, but i can assure u that its camera is fantastic! actually, it has so many options that u can't find in most of the camera phones. other options r okay. but the negetive side is, its VERY hard to communicate with other phones via i.r. n there's no video camera. display and sound is nice. so overall its a nice phone

i brought this fone as a replacment (on O2 P.A.Y.G) for my Nokia 3200(?) cos i couldnt get on with the thing, used it for 7mts untill upgrade till, got the worst fone ever made the MOTOROLA V635! using the x600 again till april 2006! absolutly bomb proof! droped, kicked and kicked sum more! txtin is a pain as if you miss hit the '3' button you delete the message!!!! (problem on all samsungs!) also keep away from the samsung P510!
