Hi,

Can anyone tell me whether you can actually send files from the x660 to another compatible device using infra-red, or if it is receiving only, as I've read on another review site that it is only possible to receive files. Please send your reply to lukbut_1@yahoo.com

to sarah,

In my phone, there are four (4) skin colors (blue, green, red-orange and voilet) to choose from. All you have to do is to go to menu--settings---display settings---skin. As simple as that.

Love this phone.

Samsung X660 rocks! I just got it and i love it v much. It has Mp3, but only limited to 100kb. So what? I dun need a full Mp3 for my ringtone. The camera is good too! And it has many frames, and camera effects. And the polyphonic speaker is really music to your ears. Plus, u can set a MOVING IMAGE as ur WALLPAPER or even VIDEO!! Isn't that COOL?? Haha, i love this phone much. Compared to other phones, this phone is gd in its DESIGN, CAMERA, FUNCTIONS and many more! And, it is also VERY CHEAP! A cheap plus gd phone, must buy! Haha.. i just love the phone. It simply rockk. Although the memory is a bit small, but its okay. Im sure i will be able to fully utilise the mem wisely.

to sarah,
samsung x660 is very elegant as it looks, as a phone it is very good, from calling to texting. For calling it can do all the basic with ease and with great reception. As for messaging, the phone is also incredible because you can send one text or mms message to a certain group or you can send the message to a multiple or many contacts at the same time. You can also insert phone contacts, namecard, calendar, templates and bookmarks to your message (text or mms). At the same time, you can add emotion icons, sound and picture (sms messaging), videos messaging, photos and voice recording to your mms messages. This phone is above average when it comes to basic functionality and it has an advance user interface.

Hi everyone,
Just a little question. Is this phone ok, because I want to buy it. I only need it for making some calls and for sending messages. The look of the phone is also really important to me. Can I get some opinions from people with this phone. Thx!

ta-run: i was also in the same dilemma, but i have chosen x660 because of its design. other thing is that nokia has nothing more to offer, it has the very same specifications with a bit higher price. but nokias infra will probably be more compatibile and there is not the 95K limit, i think. x660 doesnt have mp3 playback, but u can have mp3 as a ring tone.
phoney: size is restricted to 95kb and it is enough for mms, but not enough for downloading.
infra is problem on this phone, because u can only share contacts with another phone, to download some stuff, u have to try it with pc.
uploading mp3s should work with pc and to know what is the limit - try to read some previous opinions ;)
