Hi,
Though Samsung had a 1.3 mp cam in slider form as d500 since long, the candy bar version took long time to release. meanwhile, nokia has 6 models with 1.3 mp in the mkt..But the display of samsung and the card slot with fm on board will surely make it a hit..shouldn't be too pricey though.

This phone is all I ever wanted from 1 phone.And candy bar is not a minus .on the contrary.Bravo samsung ,nokia sucks.

What else you would want in a phone? This phone got everything you want infra red, fantastic screen, best polyphonics and fm radio for a start not mentioning mega pixels cam, mp3 and external card/memory,everything is there. All phone from samsung always looks good in personal than posted pictures. Samsung has been known for thier advance designs.
Maybe this phone will cost less than d600, but this is a great competitor for SE K750i and SE W800. Believe me mp3 of samsung phones has a fantastic quality sounds for SAMSUNG are a manufacturer of mp3 devices such as YEPP MP3 models.

got a mail from samsung guys, X700 will be launched in india in the second week of Nov..they declined to give me the details.

A sensational phone from Samsung seeing that in India product launches are delayed considerably since the initial announcements. This phone is similar to the Samsung E730 except in its design, phone book fields and that it has EDGE which the the E730 does not....me eagerly awaiting this one...good work Samsung!
