Hi!This is a wonderful fone.my dad bought this and this fone is so cool.I bought a second-hand 4 testing but afterwards i bought it.I used this fone for some years and afterwards i gave it to my brother.I now uses a lg kp500 but still i also use it sometimes.as it is a second-hand i didnt had the data cable.so i bought a bluetooth device for my computer to connect with this fone

this is not a phone on which we can rely coz my phone has been separated from betweeen the keypad and screeen and even the display has breaken....

Hi,iam 4m city of lakes i.e. BHOPAL it is in INDIA, i bought ths handset in yr 2006 so almost it has completed 4yrs now...But 4m last couple of months ths handset is crating lots of problem 2me... while conneting wit laptop it automatically gets switched off more over even after single hand use also key pads are coming out 4m last5days or so the battery charging port is not working i hav 2tk out battery then i hav 2 get it charged.... n when i hav taken ths handset to samsung service centre they clearly said that we cannot repair ths.... iam very strong brand promoter of samsung i never tried any other handset other then samsung..... my question 2the company is when they discontinue any model atleast they should hav that kind of arrangemant tht service centre should resolve that problem... now i hav 2search new handset 4me...but probably ths time i hav 2think other then samsung just bcz of poor after sales services...But no doubt ths was really a fantastic handset i really loves 2keep it wid me even if its not useful to me...probably ths thing company people wont understand as they dont care 4emotional attachment of their customers....nway thanks samsung x820 4being part of my life.

mine too split bw screen and the keypad... i've been using it for almost a year now...my problem right now is ... i can no longer connect it it to the cpu and connectivity doesn't work...

i have used this phone for over three years...the only thing that i found wrong with it....it split in the middle btw the screen & the key pads...i think coz its too slim. its a wonderful phone never the less. NB: authorized vendors will always give u the original thing which should last lose to 5yrs without major issues.
