Its not phone problem. U need to get sim unlock code from ur service provider.

i had this phone and it was okay for a few months, then my bluetooth, shortcuts and internet stopped working and for some reason the mp3 player wouldn't play while accesing other application even though it used to work just fine before. boooo!!!!
