i have a titanium silver for samsung x820..
love it. the color is perfect than the black one.
the thin is super thin. the difference between this and u100 is u100 already 3MP.
the camera s good.
mp3 player can multitasking...
the ringtone can use fro mp3.
but the battery is poor...
i have to charge it 2x a day... ;C

This phone is fantastic does everything a phone needs to...it calls and it texts. Be wary if you are lookin got buy one though. If you are a heavy handed person, which i am on a night out its not the most solid phone. I have pretty much snapped mine in half. Its currently being held together buy two small screws located just above the battery. Its very easy to snap!!

Please try to include MIDP version of the phones in the specifications. So the user will come to know about the applications that can run on the phone.

Zuuhair, yes you can use mp3 mp4 midi as caller ringtones or alarm tones.

Hi,

can any1 please tell me if there is a cover that I can purchase for this handset as the plastic cover is too weak and it seems like the phone will break in half if I dont do something. Any suggesions?

decent phone for 8 months,screen cracked and was repaired but not the same since.after that, no keypad light, switches itself off alot. shame, hope u100 is good upgrade.

Had this phone for a year now. Works perfectly in every way.....except:

About a month ago I noticed that the keypad was not lighting up. This lasted for about 2 weeks. Then surprisingly, they started lighting up again. My advice, don't put it in your back pocket, you will forget about it (it is really light and super thing) and sit on it. I must have done this a dozen times or so and caused a minute bend in it that caused the contacts to not touch. Eventually, it must have bent back and the contacts now touch. Everyone, including the technophiles with their media phones are amazing by this unit. it is literally as thin as 4 stacked pennies.

I have a phone like that since 2yrs,im looking for another phone but its hard to decide, Because the x 820 is one of the best phone ive got,very Hard to replace it

I bought this phone a year ago and have been pleased with it till now (and thats unusual for me..). Some days ago it turned out that this phone REALLY cant take any water at all. I managed to splash a few drops at it and now.. Dead.
So if youre a sailor or something.. or live in rainy Bergen/Norway, stay away from x820.

Got one as a gift in Dubai this year.
Use it in OZ and have loved it.
Went to use it and the screen was shot.
It's like it was hit, but I know it wasn't damaged.
This broken screen, is this common, any ideas if this is a design fault...hmmm
