A: This phone model can ring & vibrate at the same time.

A: The estimation would be 4 hours (2.5G) & 2.5 hours (3G).
Q: is the battery gd?
A: The standard battery is using Li-ion 900mAh, the battery life is very reliability.

Q: How do u get the SD card out when it is stuck?
A: MicroSD card is very small. You have to extra be careful when putting in/ taking out the card. With proper way, it will not stuck inside the phone.

A: The Bluetooth version does not matter. Any version will do.

A: This phone support both mp3 and polyphonic for voice call ringtone.

A: The cutesy key tones cannot be switched off. The key tones will be off when u put it on silent mode or decrease key tone to 0 volume in normal mode.

A: This is a 3G phone and it is very reasonable! The sound quality is good. It has speakerphone.

A: You can go to Settings>Profiles>Normal to change your message tone & message alert type

A: This phone model do not have a call recorder to record a conversation. Only one old Samsung phone model has that function-X620.

A: The phone model does not support that function (browse menu while playing mp3)

A: The mp3 player is good and having attractive player skin. With one microSD card in the phone, it will react slower. The situation is normal for all type of phone models.

Q: It does not have the MSWord/Excel/PPT/PDF viewer anyways
A: It has document viewer, which including MS word, ppt, excel and pdf.

Q: I have this problem transferring 3gp videos to my phone. It shows the 'Phone Error Occurred' message when I am halfway through transferring the file.
A: There should be no problem when transferring 3gp file to phone using data cable. Try to update your software version of Samsung PC Studio.

this phone will be the best phone ever. i have samsung x800 and this phone beats samsung x800. rocks..more rocks..ohoh almost hit my head...lol

I just bought a blutooth for my pc but it can't connect to my mobile. the bluetooth version is 1.6 and the mobile's a 1.2. does it matter? Pls help!!!

Just got this phone about 2 weeks ! Excellent phone - very responsive, ok mp3 player (can take up 2gb micro sd) and takes decent photos !
Only thing that irritates me is that the cutesy keytones can't be switched off ! Well if there is a way to do it let me know via my email !
