Yes if you go into Profile and set the Phone Profiles for "meeting" then the bell and vibration is off .

this phone is the worst i've ever owned. the outer cover paint breaks off. it easily gets scratched, like its made of gello. battery life is pathetic you have to charge everyday. when you listen to music, you cannot use any other function like txting, calculator, what have you. whoever designed this phone should be whacked in the face. a complete rip-off

nice phone.
when you put the incoming call bell for silence it goes to vibration mode ! that does not save battery life.
Motorola phone does not have this problem.

hi, my outer display will light up to show date and time periodically. I think it consumes a lot of battery, does anyone know how to disable this function? I hate to see it lights up every 20 sec. Thanks!

I'VE HAD this phone for almost two years now. I think the specs match its price. My problem is with the battery but that's not a problem if you think of more expensive phones having the same problem (iPhone). It has a great feature whereby you could type a number combination and pressing okay and the phone will bring back search results containing the alphabets matching the numbers you've entered. Meaning, if I'm searching for the name John in my phonebook.. I'd simply write the numbers 5646 in the main screen and then press ok.. and voila ,, try it!

I would say, the design is good enough. The features are not bad. Unfortunately, its internal screen shows 65k colors only. Samsung Z560 is better with 256k colors in its internal screen.

Although I bought my Z240 for more than a year already and currently own a KU990, I still prefer Z240. Slick sexy and reliable. (^_^)

I have had this phone a while, and so far it is a reliable phone. I have dropped it alot, and it works just fine, although I have had some minor problems with it. It doesn't have bluetooth for ringtones, once it was vibrating and saying I had a message, but someone was calling me. One of the phone covers they gave me didn't fit... Don't know why, but over all it has been a good phone!!!

The micro card has to be put in a Card Reader and connected to the USB port of the computer and then formatted in FAT 16 file system NOT FAT 32 file system
only then the card works in Z240.
Anyway with a huge phone memory of 58GB, you really don't need a Micro SD Card for this phone.!!
