i've been using this phone for almost two years and i'm very proud of it. it has enough space to store documents and files,it has long life battery pack,it also gives you the look.slim design (only 8.3mm in thickness) and also the 3G band,it gives extra punch to the phone.for its durability, the phone is outstanding. it is almost countless drop my phone has to endure,but the phone still survive.one thing regrettably though,it has problem with its pc software.some hole in thaht program ought to be fixed.but on top all this phone worth every dime.

i dropped my phone and when i open it on the screen written usb downloads samsung umts. what will i do, because i can't open it! please!! thanks

i am using the phone for 10 months already. I dropped it many times because this is too slim but nothing changed on it's performance.
I LOVE THE VIVID MESSAGE cause it makes me smile. It's like the emoticon on MSN . The words "happy", "sad", "lucky", "happy birthday", "love", "heart" and many more corresponds cute animations of smiley and images.
The camera was good but when you viewed the picture you can't zoom it in/out.
It can laso record long conversation.
I CAN SAY THAT THIS PHONE IS REALLY WORTH IT.

A good phone, impressing mechanical design - but too many annoyances in the software for this price. IMHO, avoid it like plague, until the software fix is available.
Just some of the annoyances (my phone purchased in nov. 07):
- Can not switch to calendar while talking
- Can not send a long (aka concatenated) SMS from the PC software, though the phone can do it
- Photo viewer can not zoom picture to full screen
- Too small font size in organizer, and can not enlarge.
- Does not recoginize .m3u or any other playlist format, does not play .wma or wav.
- Many other annoyances in the PC software.
Also, the USB & headphone & power cables are proprietary - can't use any other headphones!

i have this phone and its so so so great! i have the silver one.. my friends told me that its cool and awesome! they take pictures from my phone and send it to their phones! cool isn't it? love my phone sooo much!

i plan to get this phone, i find that many questions arent getting answered.
YES this phone is like the trace phone! But this phone has a 2.0 megapixel camera, the trace has a 1.3. The trace also is quadband while the z370 is only tripleband.
This phone is better than the x820 simply because it has expandable memory, the x820 does not.
Anyone know of anywhere else to buy this phone than what gsmarena shows? The lowest price i have seen for this phone is 260.
Also, I am sure there are codes somewhere on the internet to put your phone in test mode and adjust the RX volume on your phone for all of you deaf people.
I did exactly that for my samsung t509, which is the greatest phone you could ever get!

it only lasts a year or slightly more than in screws up bad,sms is real lag too aft half a yr or more,avid sms users: skip it!
