i am using this samsung headset from last 5 month.it is a good 3g phone i have ever see before it.its sound quality is very good rather than its volume but to listen songs with hands free its volume is very good.

I need to known the details about de little internal 2nc m5e battery.
The battery have 0 volt and do not hear the calls.
I need to replace this battery.

All you have to do is press the only black knob without any sign in the middle of the call. That's all i know 4 now. I hope that it was helpfull.

TO ROYA for key tone.
You have to go to "Settings" click a "Profiles" click the one you are useing with the "options" Pick "Edit" go to bottom and there is a line "Key tone volume". Select "No sound". Enjoy.

i owned this phone for two years and being it my first samsung phone i dont want to own a samsung phone again. it kept freezing refusing to be switched on again. i had it fixed, later it had a speaker problem. i fixed that as well, thereafter i had a charger problem. bought another charger. the cycle neva stopped. i'm really dissapointed.

screen is 176x220 if im not mistaken. I was using it for 2 years. Changed to nokia N81. Z500 is easy to use and small. But batt drains fast, cannot install applications through pc - need WAP(costs money), lousy connection with pc(cannot transfer sms), horrible PC application for connectivity. Other that that, very low volume when playing MP3 as ringtone.

i have this phone for 2 years and i loved it.i like the two camera.i can take pictures easily.And even stolen shots without problem.i have Nokia N73 ME now but i regret that i have it. i still like my samsung.

I've had my phone for a while with no problems but lately in two separate occasions when I've received a message the phone has kept freezing. The only way i can fix this problem was to insert another sim in and delete he message quickly before it freezes. Now it has done it again and nothing i do is working, theres no new messages and it just keeps freezing when i turn it on. I've tried connecting it to the charger and the computer to see if it works.
I need some help i have a lot of photos on here i want to save.
Someone suggested getting a new battery, should i?
My sister also had this problem in her z510 but it would always be fine after she turned it off and on.

I have this phone for 2 years, the design is the best.I'v read other posts. The phone battery lasts 4 days, sound ok(I use the vibration in the moast cases), it can be a good mp3 player or a video player(with a microSD, form more space), makes good photos( for 1Mpx Cammera ).It hadles very good 2 or 3 calls at the same time. The agenda has lot's of options, the only problem is slow loading the agenda after a restart. One problem is that java apps can only be donloaded from the net. Bluetooth is managed very good, it offers information about transfer and has a good scurity. The calendar option is ok for a bussinees people.
Tricks for best use:
-for mp3,acc,mp4,3pg use a microSD, is faster to load from a card reader
-change the phone passord, in some cases the phone restars and can clean all the agenda records
-form more battery time, the phone can be charged by usb, if the 3G is not used it si better to select manualy the GSM frequancy
-allways clean the bluetooth contacts
