In z500 external screen has 65k colors, and first of all, im quite sure you cant notice the difference. And the external screen is secondary screen, eg. you just watch a number when someone calls you, or check the time, etc etc.

y cant they make the external screen a TFT 256? such a waste. if not, i would get it. now im pending on D720!!!!

At first I thought: "Wow, what a phone! It's perfect!" But then after I've looked at the E720 I found out that Z500 should have had those same buttons in the front, so you wouldn't have to open the phone to change songs. Ohh, it pisses me off, cause it could have been perfect, and I've never found my "dream mobile". I've always had something to complain about. Well, I guess I'll just have to wait, and then, at last, I will find true Love, hehehe.

Samsung has only one design thats the old e700
heritage! So it continues with Z series

when i think again it has clear weakness, at least in my opinion. the design is almost true copy of e700, 715, 720...
i don't like that...

This cell phone is Wonderful, but i prefer E720! I'm Italian and I think that this site is Simply The Best!! Any other information about its arrival ? tnx

cum on samsung! all u hp r damn exp! and all their hp r almost similiar??? E720 look so much betta than tis! pls be more creative and USE U BRAINS TO CREATE betta and user friendly hp!

Finally, Samsung made it. The production manager of this Z500 should not only get a pay raise, but be promoted to high position. Nokia, SonyEricsson,Motorola, you guys are out and i think that all your production managers should be sacked and or demoted, they are sleeping and don't know what is happening in the market place. Bravo Samsung! keep it up! You are the No 1, but hee! no high price tag on the Z500.......

How long is the wait before you can get one? If its not out inthe next six months i might go for the z800 from sony ericsson, i like the small size, but knowing samungs they'll be released with a ridiculously high price, like when the E700 first came out, damn samsung

yes this is the best... one thing you guyz didn't mention not only that it has everything but it has something extra... it has a second vga cam... i think this perfect phone will be very expensive ... at least 430 euro?!

Ooo.... this is a 3G phone..... So that this phone is not same as samsung E700,E715,E720!!! 3G phone,cool.... but i like E720 better than this phone!!!!

Jesus lord... the only complaint I have about this phone is that it is not on the market yet. Seriously, it's perfect.

it's not the same thing as the 715, try comparing them. it looks simaler, sure, but if you take a look the z500 is a very substantial upgrade. I can't wait until it is released, i will buy it as soon as possible. If someone could get me a release date and/or price I would be so happy.
