Just wondering if anyone knows how i can fix the camera? everytime i go to get into it, it say's abort, and goes back to my wallpaper???? So i can't take pictures anymore.

The SGH-Z510 will accept picture/image files that are smaller than 1500x1500 pixels... But that mainly depends on your firmware. I believe that the phone is saying that it cannot open the image file? There is nothing you can do but resize the original image on the computer, then move it onto your Z510... Samsung phones around the world are having this problem. Samsung phones in the D series (except D500) are immune from this problem... D600 reads upto 3000x3000 pixels...
Also, can you tell me what came with your Z510, when you first purchased it? (like charger, manual, warranty card, data-cable, etc) Can you specifically tell me please??

can someone explain why I cant download pictures onto my phone, message states it's too big for phone, doesn't matter what picture, unless it's been taken by the phone, can transfer them back onto the phone, however photos such as old family pictures wont allow. if that makes sense??

All feature is nice and updated but it's should have card slot facility...

hi i got this phone last week it is ok. but it used to be on o2, now i have a "3" sim card, it shows up as orange. and since i put the new sim i get a symbol, it's a green "R" on the main display. can anyone help

I had this phone for a bout 3 months and then it would send messages, and i had it fixed, 4 months later the camera went wrong so that was fixed, about 2 months ago it went wrong again and would just stay at the start up screen and repeat over and over again, my network blamed this for liquid damage and it wasn't even near water. I must admit i miss the phone, ye it had the button problem where they wouldn't work and it was rather slow but apart from this and the battery life it was a really gd phone. It is currently with samsung to see if they will fix it but at the moment am looking for a new phone, has anyone got any idea which one, i am looking at the W850i or maybe waiting for the W580i

This has got to be the best flip phones out there. I gave mine to my dad hoping to get a better phone but could not even find one that would beat this phone.. so I'm getting another one. LOL. Got to love the slim style and easy functions. Its sleek!

I m from Bangladesh. Recently i m facing a critical problem regarding Z510 set. I am using Grameen Phone network's SIM. When i am wanted to press send button to call someone. The set becomes hanged for few time and then autorestarted. But others network SIM is working properly into this set including Grameen Phone's Old SIM (2-3 years back SIM), but new SIM of Grameen Phone network make my set hanged or stucked. I had tried 9 New SIM of GP. All of them make my set hanged. I went to Customer care center of GP and SAMSUNG(Bangladesh) service centre. Both of them Said "they dont know the real problem. Maybe need to upgrade the software of this set" I was really dissapointed about their answers. Right now its not usable to connect new sim of GP. But its emergency for me to connect with GP for different reason. Both of them failed to give services. So i need advices or suggesition from you directly. What i Have to do now? Could u pls help me?

you need to make sure the photo on the phone is shared for bluetooth ( ie make visisble )
then you should be able browse and transfer to pc.

wow !! one of the best of all samsung phones ... really love using it ... its so slim and the rotating 3G camera is kool ... samsung phone displays are the best for quality viewing ... the inbuilt amp is making ur mp3s and tones more 3d and powerfull ... the media player is so much fun cuz the visuals in it can also be seen on the external display while the phone is closed ... the phone got no external memory slot but a memory of more than 130 mb inbuilt of internal memory which is fair enough for me ... got all the new generation features like bluetooth , 3G , and many many more stuff ... no wonder why this thing is called as one of the slimmest 3G phones with multimedia DNA ... this phone got style and it rocks but u better be carefull while using it dont drop it lol ...

i tried to send photos from the phone to the pc via buetooth but is not possible.On the other hand from the pc to the phone via bluetooth is possible.Does anyone can help me?

For silence hold the # key or you can manually selct it thru the menu -> settings -> phone -> phone profiles

hi peoples :)
I am in Australia and thinking about purchasing this phone. Could someone please tell me, when the phone is switched on, is there a 'service light' or something that flashes so you know your phone is on. (Cause i know the external screen goes off)...just wondering.
