A wonderful little phone precisely if that's all you're looking for - a phone. Light, cheap, a simple and intuitive interface combined with a clear colour screen. However, the one major problem I had with mine (and I appreciate this doesn't necessarily make it a design flaw) was occasional problems with the screen(s); presumably due to it being a on-the-cheaper-side flip-lid handset. Before I bought an upgrade it worked more than satisfactorily. A Good buy!

One of the best phones I have had, great value for money, sorry to upgrade, loved playing bowling and splat on it. I never had any problems with mine.

I have used this phone as a second phone.
It's light and very easy to handle.
If you use it only to call and SMS it's
more than o.k..
My daily phone is the Samsung E600.
I use both phones. But I'm really attached '
to the Sendo M550 !

hello sendo m550 is best phone but one fault how dawn loading the poly phonic ring tones no dawn load options no pin accsesory verry slow ring tones but mellody hig so what prosedure poly phonic dawn loads ?????? please answer me !!

I like this phone because he isn't big, it's cheap and you get a phone that does the normal things like calling and sms! The keys aren't that respontives as mentioned but it isn't anoying once you're used to it! If have no regrets buying this phone! And after 1 year it still works perfect even fater intensive use and multiple falls! Conclusion: cheap but the quality is ok!!

i dnt like this phone at all it doesnt have a camera or anything decent i am soooo buyin a new one!

got one for my birhtday 2 years ago. Looks great, is cheap and stays together after constant drops. However, the flip doesnt work anymore (the sensor broke) i cant hear people talk in conversations, the key response is slow, there is not a choice in sms alert tones, and the screen has lines across, getting a 6230i for xmas instead

The phone is great but I don`t kow why there isn`t any calculator and the memory is very small. Please upgrade it and get more customers. Its not popular in Africa but I want to sell it here so that it will be of more customers in Africa.

sendo m550 is gr8 mobile to use. its battery time is a lot. its syle is good. a good looking mobile. sound quality is gr8. its vibrator is fantastic. a light weight mobile. easy to understand. its one of my fav mobiles. good work sendo

quite sturdy; my M55o feel into the pool once and was in there for 20minutes, its 6months after and i'm still using it. the silver around the edge peels tho also takes a while to start up.

Ive had the M550 for 1 and half years, and im still getting people telling me how nice it looks! Great looking phone, but if u want loads of features like camera etc, then its not for u. I bought it for £70! back in early 2004, bargin! only drawback is that the reflective silver on the sides does scratch easily. I think u can only buy it second hand now, so if u want a phone that will make all other big brand phones look ugly at a low price go for this one.
p.s. i was thinking of sanding the silver sides down to the white underneath to give it an ipod look, anyone else tried this? Ive got the silver/grey one, and right now its silver with white blothes, lol.

Pls,got a complain abt my sendo m550.It fell inside water and ever since then,there have been no solution to the phone.I was told that it need another software.Anytime i try putting it on,it will demand for sendo test and everywhere i took the phone to,i was told the same thing that its software problem.Pls i need ur help cos i ve not used it for more than two months after purchased.THANKS

had mine since christmas 2004 had its been repaired once already due to faults and i am disgusted with the phone and the o2 network, one reason being the limit of credit being £10 when every other network allows £5 also had problems when credit hasn't been forwarded to my phone until two days later which is very inconvenient especially when i've payed for it!
