I've had mine since Xmas 2004, and since then haven't looked back! If all you want is a snazzy little phone that's reliable, efficient and super compact - then this one's for you. Its available in 3 colours, and is lightweight, easy to use and will become a good little friend:)

brilliant phone. Had mine about 2yrs and still still works after being run over. It's a pity though that sendo are in recievership at the monent.

pleased with my Sendo M550 phone. Never had any probs with it.Wld lke 2 gt Sendo camera fone and cnnt find one that is Sendo and is a gd price. Anybdy any ideas where I cn gt 1 from? Thnks, Dawn

Hi Toni - Send it back. Great phone but if your M550 display screen flashes or goes off as you hold it or flip the display, send it back - it's faulty. It's caused by the faulty flip button just above green menu button - I took mine apart and removed the button so the phone doesn't shut down when closed it just times out. I didn't want to send it back and be without the phone coz it fits in my pocket!

Any issues about the screen of the mobile phones I bout one and 2 weeks after the phone inside screen started to just show a dark image and the outside screen started to show the hours and everything flashing its a screen problem is it possible 2 resolve? plz help

in reply 2 harolds msg bout a SENDO TEST. tht happened 2 me n tht means it is a broken fone. u need 2 get a new 1. did u get it frm virgin as a reconditioned fone 2? take it 2 carphone warehouse n thn ring up virgin agen n they will replace it 4 u. hope i helped. xxxx

A great starter phone for everyone. I have had it for over a year and a half and am still enjoying the compact size and lightness of it. The bad things are that finding download sites for getting ringtones and games is a challenge and it does not have camera or bluetooth. But it is still a lovely phone with loads of character.

I've got a sendo 550. In the display show'up
SENDO TEST. I can't use my phone anymore.
Does somebody nows what to do or what the problem is ?? I've got no instruction book anymore.

We lost our charger on 12/3/05. It is still turning on (but with low batt warning on 16/5/2005). Unbelievable. We don't leave it on but only turn it on to use it!

eh excuse me! the people who think that this phone is crap! YOU ARE CRAP! this phone is really light and has every thing that you could possibly want in a phone! thats if you dont want a camera! i used to use this phone and i loved it! i gave it to my brother coz i wanted a camera phone but dont let that put you off coz this is a great phone! any one who likes the look of it youll like the rest so buy it!!!!!
